| The development of population aging has brought a large number of elderly people living alone,widows,these elderly physiological functions have degraded,social roles and social status have undergone great changes with when they were young,their lifestyle,living state is also very different from earlier,resulting in them self-defeat,self-pity,easy to appear autistic,depressed psychological problems,thereby affecting physical and mental health,and even affecting attitudes to life,Loss of interest in life.This phenomenon is even more serious in rural areas,and the proportion of the elderly population living alone in rural areas has remained high in the country,and even in the elderly population over 80 years old,the proportion of rural people living alone in rural areas accounts for nearly 80% of the rural elderly population over 80 years old.As a science that upholds altruism and serves people,social work plays a significant role in the intervention of psychological problems of rural widows.Therefore,on the basis of the social work internship carried out in Village D of Sanmenxia City,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey of 50 local rural widows,and selected 8 rural widows as the interview objects,analyzed the service needs and psychological problems of 8 widowed elderly people through in-depth interviews and SQR-based scale measurement,and found that their psychological problems were mainly manifested in three aspects: depression,low self-esteem and loneliness,has the need to solve physiological problems,improve family interpersonal relationships,and integrate into social life,so social workers rely on the theory of psychosocial therapy model,use human working methods in situations,combined with professional skills of social work such as emotional catharsis,carry out social work case intervention,put the client in the social environment,explore the specific manifestation and formation of the client’s psychological problems through the client’s own experience,and start from the perspective of demand.Change the social environment of the service object,and then affect the psychological and physiological of the service object,change the reflection of the service target to the physiological and social environment,and make a new construction of the interpersonal communication and psychological communication channels of the service object,so as to solve the psychological problems of the service object.Finally,based on this case study,the advantages and disadvantages of psychosocial therapy model in the case study of psychological problems of rural widowed elderly are put forward,and relevant suggestions on rural social work construction are put forward,hoping that social work can better help rural revitalization and rural regional development.Truly pay attention to and solve the psychological problems of the widowed elderly in rural areas. |
