Objective: To explore the relationship between the sleep quality of female athletes and the plateau and the relevant indicators of running in the competition,and the relevant indicators of sleep quality and running load in the competition during the three periods of the athletes' plateau competition,to explore the relationship between the plateau environment on the sleep quality of athletes,the impact of the running load of the competition and the two,so as to provide targeted suggestions for improving the sleep of football players and provide reference for coaches to scientifically arrange the plateau competition.Methods: To measure the 13 main and main substitute athletes of Beijing Women's Soccer in the 2020 Women's Super League,using Catapult Sports Sports Performance Monitoring System and Emfit QS Sleep Monitoring System,the 8-game running data of Beijing Women's Football League in 2020 and the sleep data of some athletes throughout the season were collected,and the sleep data and competition running data were collated and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results: 1.The total distance of women's soccer players in the plateau competition was 7585.5±663.0 meters,the high intensity running distance was 751.3±85.7 meters,and the number of outbreaks was 22.3± ± 3.4 times,the sports load is 795.9±67.6,the first half of the comparison found that the second half of the running distance of 3670.6±399.6 meters,high-intensity running distance 3 27.9±71.8m,10±2.2 bursts and 381.1±42.2 sports load were lower than in the first half± The total distance of 8110±770meters,the medium-speed running distance of 303±87 meters,the running distance below jogging 3713±227 meters are lower than the plain,with a very significant difference(P).<0.01).2.Athlete sleep monitoring data were significantly related to subjective sleep quality evaluation(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between sleep quality during the athlete's plateau adaptation 1 week and sleep quality during plain competition(P>0.05),and the sleep score on the night of the athlete's race was 78±> The 8 points,499±61 minutes in bed and 423±51 minutes of sleep were lower than the night before the game and daily training,and the sleep time on the night of the match was 42±28 minutes,and the number of wake-up times was 2.1±1.0 higher than the night before the game and daily training.3.Except for the significant correlation between the time of deep sleep and the total distance of the race run(P<0.05)in the athlete's pre-race night,all other sleep indicators were not significantly related to the race running load index(P>(0.05),the average breathing rate in the sleep physiological index of the night before the race and the race running load index were significantly negative correlation(P<0.05),the morning heart rate variability RMSSD value and the game high Intensity running distance was significantly related(P<0.05),athletes' race running load was not significantly related to sleep quality on the night of the race(P>0.05),total race run distance,number of outbreaks and average heart rate of night's sleep were significantly related(P<0.05),and total race run distance,number of bursts,sports load and night's sleep average heart rate were significantly related(P<05).Conclusions: 1.The load intensity of the plateau competition and the stimulation to the athlete's body are significantly higher than the plain,the fatigue of the athletes appears early and the degree of fatigue is more profound,and the long plateau competition makes the sports recover insufficiently after the race,and the accumulation of severe fatigue affects the quality of sleep.2.The evaluation of subjective sleep quality of athletes is highly related to the sleep monitoring data,and sleep diary can be used as an important tool for athletes to continuously monitor sleep quality on a daily basis.3.After 1 week of plateau adaptation,there was no significant difference between the sleep quality and the plain sleep quality.4.During the competition,athletes sleep showed a certain regularity,the night of the game due to post-match treatment and recovery,review of the game and other reasons,sleep time is significantly less than the night before the game and daily training,sleep efficiency is low,sleep quality decline.5.Sleep physiological indicators can better reflect the athlete's function,especially the heart rate,breathing rate and heart rate variability associated with fatigue recovery.Research recommendations: 1.It is recommended to increase the monitoring of physiological indicators such as heart rate in the monitoring of running load in order to study the characteristics of running load of athletes more comprehensively.2.It is recommended to increase the number of athletes measured and expand the sample size and range in order to further study the relationship between the sleep quality of high-level athletes during the competition and the running load of the competition.
