The century-old plan is based on education.The grand plan for education is based on teachers.With the acceleration of the comprehensive reform of teacher education,the excellent teacher training plan has been put on the agenda.As the special members of the teaching team,the class teacher assumes more important responsibilities for educating people.Therefore,in-depth research on the career growth of excellent class teachers in primary schools will help to further clarify the style and characteristics of the career growth of excellent class teachers,explore the motivation and conditions for primary school class teachers to become excellent,provide suggestions that can be used for reference for the generation and training of more excellent class teachers,and then promote the high-level and high-quality development of the team of primary school class teachers.This research mainly takes an excellent primary school class teacher as a case study,based on the literature method,interview method,case analysis method and other research methods to show the status quo of the career growth of the excellent primary school class teachers.On this basis,excavates the dominant influencing factors of each growth stage deeply,and combining with the specific growth events of the case,conducts in-depth discussions on the comprehensive factors that affect the career growth of excellent primary school class teachers.First of all,based on the methodology of the case study,this research presents the staged process of excellent primary school class teachers ' career growth,divides the career growth of excellent primary school class teachers into four important stages:exploration period,adaptation period,development period and transcendence period,and analyze the dominant influencing factors at each stage of career growth combining research materials.Secondly,this research analyzes the factors that influence the career growth of excellent primary school class teachers from two aspects: Intrinsic influencing factors and external environmental factors,and further explain the influence of various factors on each stage of career growth.Finally,this research conducts a macro-examination of the career growth of excellent primary school head teachers: The career growth process of excellent primary school class teacher presents a progressive development pattern that gradually rises,the leading factors influencing the career growth of excellent primary school class teachers change with the development of stages,the interaction between influencing factors generates an inexhaustible driving force for the career growth of excellent primary school class teachers,the sense of self-transcendence runs through the entire growth process of excellent primary school class teachers.Based on the conclusions of this research,this research starts from two aspects of endogenous promotion strategy and external promotion strategy,and puts forward corresponding promotion suggestions.Endogenous promotion-style strategies include establishing a firm belief in education,continuously improving one's own professional quality,cultivating the consciousness of transcending development.External promotion-style growth strategies include strengthening the support of school policies and systems,giving play to the promotion of social-related forces,and giving certain emotional support from parents.
