Career planning refers to people according to their own personality characteristics,advantages and abilities and from the current stage of life,set career goals,choose life path,take action to achieve career goals,which is of great significance to the development of a person's life.The General Senior High School Curriculum Program(2017 edition 2020 revision)formulated by the Ministry of Education clearly states in the training goal that students should correctly understand themselves and have certain career planning ability.The high school stage connects the basic education and the higher education,conveys the outstanding student to the university,conveys the outstanding talented person to the society.In order to connect secondary school studies,universities and majors,as well as future careers,it is necessary to make a good career development plan for middle school students.Career planning education in high school can help students understand themselves,understand their careers,plan their studies,set up career ideals as soon as possible,and plan their lives.In 2019,“Chemistry and Career”,a column related to career planning education,was added to the senior high school chemistry textbook.It is found that there is no further analysis of the application of this column and other new and integrated columns in career planning education.In view of this,with the progress of society and the needs of students' personal development,this paper chooses the current situation and strategy of career planning education in senior high school chemistry teaching as the research theme,based on constructivism theory,human development theory,situational teaching theory,teaching and learning theory and trait factor theory,career development theory,career decision-making society learning theory,and other career education theory,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,on the basis of the current level of students' career planning and chemistry teaching in Jilin Province,This paper analyzes the problems and causes of infiltrating career planning education in chemistry teaching in senior high school,and gives the corresponding countermeasures.The findings are as follows:1.the students' career planning level is low,the performance is self-cognition,professional cognition,academic cognition,career consciousness level is low,the goal of the future is not clear;2.school attention is low,did not organize the teacher to carry on the related training;3.teachers recognize the importance,but the current level of guidance is limited,there is not enough theoretical knowledge of career planning education;4.the college entrance examination does not require this aspect,the teaching task is heavy,it is difficult to balance the teaching content with the content of career planning education.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.The school establishes the career planning guidance center,enhances the attention degree;2.Improve teachers' career planning education guidance level;3.To guide students to enhance self-cognition and correctly understand their own characteristics;4.Clear teaching penetration career planning education and teaching objectives;5.Explore and make full use of the teaching resources related to career planning education in the new high school chemistry teaching materials;6.Select representative occupations and create vivid teaching situations.
