Research On Social Work Practice Of Rural Women's Participation In Community Development

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the problem of agriculture and rural farmers is a fundamental problem related to the national economy and people's livelihood.We must always take solving the "three rural" problems as the top priority of the whole Party's work and implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.However,the process of urbanization leads to the loss of young people in rural areas,the lack of talent support for the development of rural communities,and there are only three left behind people in rural areas.Women have become the main force in the construction of rural communities.Due to women's low cultural level and insufficient awareness and ability of community participation,under the influence of traditional ideas,the public sphere of the community is mainly male participation,and women are isolated from the public sphere,which affects the level and ability of women's participation in community development and discourages women's enthusiasm for community development.There is no platform for women to participate in community affairs in the community,As a result,women rarely participate in community affairs.From the perspective of social work,this paper analyzes the needs and difficulties of rural women's participation in community development.Through preliminary investigation,it is found that the difficulties of women's participation in community development are mainly manifested in the unsustainable development of women's livelihood,the lack of community organizations,the lack of community public services and the monotony of community cultural life.In view of these problems,the intervention plan is designed,the project objectives are determined,and the relevant activity flow is formulated.Intervene in the G community according to the established intervention plan,mobilize community women in the early stage of the project,and carry out publicity in the community to let the villagers know the main contents of the project activities;In the middle of the project,we will intervene in four aspects: community livelihood development,grassroots organization construction,community public service and community culture construction,so as to enhance women's ability to independently develop production and promote their economic income;Awaken women's awareness of participating in community development and enhance their ability to participate in community affairs;Establish community self-organization to provide endogenous vitality for community development;Through the provision of community public services,enhance residents' sense of belonging to the community.In the later stage of the project,the effectiveness of community development will be consolidated to promote the sustainable development of rural communities.Through the study of rural women's participation in community development,it is found that to promote the sustainable development of the community,we should first improve the overall environment of women's participation in community development,implement the relevant policies and systems of women's community participation,and make the relevant policies operable;Change traditional ideas,enhance women's participation consciousness and ability,and enhance women's subjective consciousness;Strengthen the cultivation and development of women's organizations,cultivate local community talents,promote the endogenous power of community development,and promote the sustainable development of rural communities.
