Questionnaire Survey And Strategy Research On The Cultivation Of University Students’ Innovative Abilit Under New Situation

University is important base for cultivating innovative talents and improving their innovative ability.The innovative ability of university students is an important indicator when our society evaluates the quality of talents cultivation by university.The innovative ability of university students is not only affected by their individual characteristics,but also by their family education environment,backgrounds and the quality of the talents cultivation by university.With the competition in our society is increasingly fierce,all countries take the innovative talents cultivation as important requirement for education.This paper first consults a large number of theories on university students’ innovative ability.And it does literature review on former researches and have deep understanding on the current condition of university students’ innovative ability.It points out the problems existing in the process of the cultivation and analyzes the reasons pertinently with carrying out a questionnaire.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of university students’ innovative ability,including changing the education concept from the perspective of social development;deepening the education reform,enhancing the cultivation of university students’ innovative ability;cultivating students’ team spirit,shaping the values of innovative teams;creating sound environment outside school to support the innovative ability cultivation.
