Problems And Countermeasures On Classroom Management Of Senior High School

With the advancement of quality-education,the society and the whole country pay more attention to the students' ability of self-management.Class is the basic unit of school education and the key to achieve students' personal growth.However,the current class management is very complicated,which affects the advancement of their ability to manage themselves and their mental health.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the optimization countermeasures of class management in general high school.This study uses literature method to study the relevant literature and policy texts about the class management of ordinary senior high schools at home and abroad.Taking Linxiang No.1middle school as the research object,using questionnaire survey and interview method,520 students and 16 teachers are randomly selected as the research objects,and SPSS software is used for data analysis and information collection.The results show that the status of class management subject is fuzzy,the class management system is still to be improved,the organizational structure of class management needs to be improved,the evaluation subject of class management is single,and its dimensions and standards need to be optimized.There are some problems in school management philosophy,which are not conducive to class management to a certain extent.In order to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students and realize the class goal better and faster,the author puts forward corresponding optimization strategies from the perspectives of society,school,teachers,parents and students themselves,so as to provide certain reference opinions for similar class managers.
