With the rapid development and progress of society,informatization and democratization continue to affect the development of the school environment,and the situation is becoming more and more complicated.At the same time,the internal environmental management of primary and secondary schools in China is influenced by oversea school management concepts,which has accelerated the pace of democratization.The overall environmental management system of domestic schools continues to undergo important changes,from centralized to decentralized,from authoritarian to democratic,from control to service,all of which reflect the changes in China's school management society and internal environment.Therefore,under the trend of constant popularization of basic education,changing the relationship between teachers and schools is an urgent problem to be solved in the current primary school management environment.In addition,teachers' participation in school management has gradually become a possibility.In order to get a more specific understanding of the management environment of rural primary schools in Dayi County,this dissertation has developed a survey questionnaire for rural primary schools in Dayi County after investigating relevant information and research results.Relevant surveys were conducted on teachers and principals in three rural schools in the county.From the final results of the questionnaire,there are certain problems in the management of primary schools in Dayi County.The participation of teachers in each school is lower than the participation of teachers.In the actual participation of rural elementary school teachers in the process of school management,influenced by factors such as centralized management of schools and principals,most teachers are reluctant to participate in school management affairs.However,during the investigation,it was found that most teachers expect to participate in management.It can be seen from the results of the interviews with teachers and principals that,under the influence of the principals,most of the teachers' opinions on participating in school management are not adopted,and the teachers' suggestions are easily overlooked.According to the research results,this paper analyzes the problems of teachers' participation in school management in Dayi County from four aspects: the guarantee system,barriers and schools.And from the establishment of the system of teachers' participation in school management,improving the awareness of teachers' participation and changing the principal management mode,the paper puts forward some improvement countermeasures,so as to promote teachers' active participation in school management and promote the overall development of the school.
