With the development of art discipline in primary and secondary schools and the comprehensive implementation of quality education for primary and secondary school students,music education has been paid more and more attention.In 2011,the Ministry of Education promulgated the new music curriculum standards for primary and secondary schools(referred to as the new curriculum standards),which put forward that music aesthetics should be the core and interests as the driving force;Highlight the characteristics of music and pay attention to the subject synthesis;Carry forward the national music,understand the diversity of music culture and other new requirements.Kwai tiktok,such as the voice and fast music,such as the Korean male primary school and the female group's idol music art,have been too excited to pursue sensory stimulation and lost music to the connotation of art itself in recent years.At the same time,there are many problems in music education.The concept of emphasizing culture and art has long been formed,which leads to the poor development of students' artistic quality;Students lack of cultural knowledge about folk music such as opera,and it is difficult to understand music works.The above situation has resulted in the students' low aesthetic ability of music,and rejection of other folk music such as opera.Although students like music art such as singing,they are tired of music classes and have a fear of difficulty.Music is the carrier of art.In recent years,music teaching has been widely concerned.Music education courses train students to be in the music culture,combine the intrinsic value of music with cultural content,and think from the perspective of music works,so as to further analyze the connotation of music works.Only by making music teaching vivid and music education more vitality can we better promote primary and secondary school students to correctly establish their views on art,aesthetics and values.In view of this,the new syllabus requires that in the education of students,music and related culture should be organically integrated into the basic knowledge and skills of music,so as to enhance the aesthetic ability of art,guide students to grasp various connotations and forms of music as a whole,and then improve their cultural quality,achieve the purpose of cultivating students' humanistic and artistic quality.In this paper,the new program as the guiding ideology,in junior high school music classroom,the introduction of cultural education,and then effectively make the new program to get the scientific implementation.Through the introduction of relevant cultural knowledge in the subject,the integration of music and culture is conducive to improving the quality of music teaching,enhancing students' ability to distinguish music,improving students' humanistic quality,promoting traditional music culture,and understanding the cultural diversity in music art.Thus,it can promote the learning of music knowledge and skills,and improve the aesthetic experience and cultural cognition.In this paper,the new curriculum as the guiding ideology,in junior high school music classroom,into cultural education,through the way of classroom introduction,the relevant cultural knowledge and music fusion,to promote students' music knowledge,skills learning,improve students' aesthetic experience and cultural cognition,and then improve students' cultural literacy,promote the quality of music teaching.Introduction: summarizes the significance of this study and compare the current situation at home and abroad.Chapter one: Elaborated the junior high school music curriculum teaching present situation,the research background and the current situation at home and abroad;Chapter two: An overview of cultural literacy,which discusses the definition,connotation,composition and training methods of cultural literacy in detail;Chapter three: Strategy of the introduction of junior high school music classroom,which expounds and discusses the ways and means of cultural literacy introduction in junior high school business classroom.Chapter four: The introduction design of music classroom in Zhulin school,which elaborates the case of cultural introduction of music curriculum in Zhulin experimental school,and analyzes the implementation.This topic,which takes the junior middle school music class of Zhulin school in Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing as an example,establishes the classroom introduction strategy based on cultural literacy,organically integrates cultural education into music education,and achieves ideal results.
