For the survival and development of a country and nation,traditional culture has great significance due to its fundamentality for the survival and development of the nation.History plays an important role in human culture and inheritance of human civilization.The history classroom is an important position for traditional cultural education owning to its particularity.For a long time,history education takes on the task of inheriting and better enhancing Chinese excellent traditional culture by history textbooks.Not only did it pass on the basic historical knowledge,theories and skills,but also shoulders the mission of training students in enhancing their humanistic quality and spirit.In this thesis,lots of methods,such as literature research,text analysis,comparative research and survey interview,are used to a deep research.At present,there is no unified definition of what is“culture” and “traditional culture”.By the studies of many literatures about culture and traditional culture,traditional culture is defined as the cultural heritage including material,institutional,customary,and ideological culture,which is formed with the long development of Chinese history.There exist its own national characteristics,inheritance and relative stability.In addition,the traditional culture is classified according to the research of Mr.Jin Tao.There is a system analysis of illustrated catalogue,teaching material content and textbook auxiliary system about traditional cultural elements in the textbook of unified edition through the studies of related text.Compared to the textbook of Yuelu edition related to Chinese traditional culture,the textbook of unified edition has the unique cultural qualities.By taking interviews with high school students and history teachers,who used the textbook of unified edition,some effective teaching strategies are proposed for their learning and practice.Based on the contents,belonging to the first four units of the first volume of "Chinese and Foreign History Compendium"(the unified edition),and the broad definition of "traditional culture",high school history curriculum standards(2017)and the high school textbooks of unified edition are analyzed.The traditional cultural factors contained in the texts are explored,and corresponding teaching strategies are proposed.In the high school textbooks of unified edition,traditional cultural factors had made further research,and it only shows the origin and development of traditional Chinese culture from the macro level,but also provides specific impact on material culture,institutional culture and spirituality from the micro level.The culture and other contents are described in detail and comprehensively.From the perspective of the structure of the textbook catalog,it shows the six major processes of the generation and development of Chinese traditional culture through the vertical time series dimension,and presents the origin and context of Chinese culture completely and clearly.From the content of the textbook,it not only embodies the characteristics of China's ancient science and technology culture leading the world,but also fully highlights the national spirit,exerts its function of educating people,and also reflects the cultural structure of ancient Chinese traditional culture.From the point of view of the teaching material auxiliary system,historical materials are rich,and the historical materials of pictures highlight the value of historical materials of cultural relics.Based on the above analysis,combined with students' cognitive foundation and abilities,the author puts forward the following strategies for specific teaching practices: Combine general history teaching with special topic teaching;be good at using textbook resources to teach historical materials;improve teachers' professional competence in multiple ways;tradition Cultural education should pay attention to the promotion of national spirit;develop school-based courses related to traditional culture,carry out a variety of campus cultural activities related to traditional culture,promote "intangible cultural heritage" into the campus,and develop a unique second classroom.All in all,there are abundant factors of traditional culture in high school history textbook of the unified edition.It is of great significance to study well and make good use of the traditional cultural resources in high school history textbooks,which is also a very important topic for frontline history teachers.On the basis of the discussion in this research,it is suggested that when compiling the textbook again,textbook editors can appropriately add some "traditional festival culture","traditional costume culture" and other contents closely related to life,so that traditional culture can be more grounded.As for the first-line teachers,it is very necessary to fully excavate the traditional cultural resources recommended in the textbooks,rationally use the rich picture historical materials and written historical materials in teaching practice,so that the history classroom can truly play the important mission of promoting and promoting traditional culture.
