The history textbook compiled by the Ministry of education has upgraded and updated the history textbook for junior middle school.In addition to the text of the traditional textbook,many auxiliary columns have been set up,such as the introduction before the text,the related historical events,character scanning,material reading,question thinking beside the text,and the after-school activities and knowledge development after the text.The introduction part is introduced as the beginning of a lesson.It is often combined with the key knowledge setting of the lesson.Teachers can use it properly to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm to a great extent.A large number of illustrations are used in textbooks to embellish the history with many words and easy to be boring.History becomes vivid and colorful.This is not only a testimony to the history,but also a strong attraction to students' learning history.Reasonable and effective use of these historical illustrations can expand students' knowledge width and facilitate students to obtain more learning information in an intuitive form.Historical materials are the constituent cells of history.In the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of education,this view has been fully developed.In the textbooks of the first and second volumes of junior high school history compiled by the Ministry of education,text auxiliary columns including "material study" have been carefully set up.These contents are not only the expansion and supplement of the text,but also the important resources with high reliability for teachers to flexibly deal with in history teaching."Knowledge development" introduces the knowledge related to the content of the text,expands students' knowledge and arouses students' interest in further learning.It is helpful to students' reading and thinking,and provides opportunities for teachers and students to carry out teaching activities.The design of "relevant historical events" in the history of junior high school provides more information for learning history textbooks.Historical facts demonstrate that the textbook of "Chinese history" compiled by the Ministry attaches importance to the promotion of historical figures in the process of historical development,especially focuses on the deeds and spiritual character of typical historical figures.The column of "character scanning" focuses on the analysis of typical historical figures It helps the students form the cognition full of picture sense and three-dimensional sense.The adjustment of the "after class activities" column in the history textbooks compiled by the Ministry of education is particularly significant.These adjustments are either the re implementation of the requirements of the curriculum standards,or the directional guidance for the use of the textbooks.Therefore,teachers are required to clarify the teaching objectives,implement the requirements of the curriculum standards,and cultivate the core elements in the teaching process.The addition of these columns not only provides a lot of materials for junior high school students' history learning,but also provides a considerable degree of historical literacy education requirements for junior high school history teachers.Professor Ye Xiaobing,director of the academic committee of the history teaching professional committee of the Chinese society of education and member of the basic education curriculum and textbook Expert Committee of the Ministry of education,pointed out: "the text auxiliary part refers to the relevant columns designed to cooperate with the text learning.It has many functions,such as stimulating interest,expanding knowledge,providing materials,promoting thinking,carrying out activities,consolidating and improving,and so on And the learning of students provides more resources and platforms.Therefore,teachers should make full use of the composition of the textbook and give full play to the original intention of the column setting of the textbook,so as to make better use of the textbook and cultivate students' comprehensive quality.This part explains the use strategy of each plate with examples.Teachers can draw inferences from one instance and create better use methods.In addition,it also lists some teaching abilities that today's teachers should have,which are illustrated with examples.
