With the development of society,the country's demand for comprehensive talents is growing,and teachers can no longer meet the requirements of society for talents by training students with the traditional teaching mode.Therefore,the state pays more and more attention to comprehensive practical activities,and comprehensive practical activities stand out as one of the highlights in the reform of basic education.At present,high school students have relatively solid cultural basic knowledge but relatively weak innovation ability,therefore,comprehensive practical activities can make up the short board of practical education.Geography is a complex and systematic subject,and maps as a learning tool of geography can clearly reflect the distribution pattern and spatial evolution characteristics of geographic things,and have many advantages such as practicability and operability.Therefore,taking the teaching of high school geography map as an entry point,combining the map with comprehensive practical activities is conducive to improving students' innovative practical ability.This thesis collects and collates a large amount of literature on comprehensive practical activities of geography maps at home and abroad,and analyzes the value of carrying out comprehensive practical activities of geography maps in China at present.It also selects senior high school students and first-line geography teachers from five schools in Jiamusi City as the research subjects,and analyzes students' preferences on the development of comprehensive practical activities of geography map in high school in Jiamusi City,theme selection,activity methods,teaching methods,evaluation methods,etc.Through questionnaires,data statistics and interviews;the current situation of the development of comprehensive practical activities of geography map in Jiamusi City and teachers' Geography map integrated practical activities.The data were statistically analyzed by using SPPS24.0 software,and the results showed that: high school students in Jiamusi are extremely interested in the development of integrated practical activities,but fewer schools carry out integrated practical activities of geography map in high school;teachers' understanding of integrated practical activities is not clear enough;the infrastructure of integrated practical activities of geography map in schools is not sound.Based on the analysis of the results of students' questionnaires and teachers' interviews,two suggestions for teaching integrated practical activities of geography maps are proposed:first,teachers' comprehensive literacy and awareness of offering integrated practical activities in schools should be improved,and students' interests should be combined in the curriculum design.Secondly,schools and education departments should improve the hardware and software facilities needed for integrated practical activities of geography maps.The practical research of this thesis will be helpful to promote the development of integrated practical activities of geography maps in high schools in Jiamusi,and provide effective teaching strategies for front-line geography teachers,and then improve the comprehensive practical ability of high school students in Jiamusi City.
