It is an indisputable fact that the physical fitness of Chinese young students has been declining continuously in the past 30 years,and the rate of obesity and myopia is also high.The physical fitness problem has made school sports under suspicion,and the country has issued a number of policies to improve the physical health of students in succession.Based on the physical education curriculum guiding ideology of "health first",Professor Ji Liu and his group set up the "Chinese health physical education curriculum mode",focusing on solving the "three major problems" of students,such as the decline of physique,the lack of sports skills and the dislike of physical education.As the middle level of Chinese health and physical education curriculum model,it puts forward the overall requirements and key points,and teachers need to reasonably arrange the teaching process,methods and details according to the teaching content under the guidance of the overall requirements,so as to achieve the key points.This model is connected with the curriculum standard and the PE classroom teaching practice,which has an important guiding significance for the current PE teaching reform in schools.Songxi Neijia Boxing is a representative project of Sichuan province intangible cultural heritage with a long history and profound cultural connotation.With the policy of "one school one punch" and "martial arts into the school",Songxi Neijia Boxing began to enter the school classroom.Campus has become the main battlefield of martial arts education,and how to design the school martial arts curriculum is the primary problem Songxi Neijia Boxing faces in the campus.Health physical education curriculum in China based on model as the research Angle of view,using the method of documentary,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,level two stage grade three students in elementary school as the research object,in pine creek within the family boxing,for teaching content,set up the health and physical education curriculum mode pine creek within the family boxing teaching experiment.The experiment set Songxi Neijianquan teaching group and the regular physical education teaching group.Before and after the experiment,the physical quality and mental health level of the two groups of students were tested and the inter-group and intra-group comparative analysis was made,in order to explore the practical campus martial arts teaching practice under the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum mode.Results:1.In terms of teaching design,the teaching design of Songxi Neijia Boxing under the Chinese health and physical education curriculum mode follows the principle of"health first,moral education;According to the three ideas of the healthy physical education curriculum model,the teaching goal is to improve the exercise load,acquire the sports skills and develop the physical ability,and to form a teaching form that is interesting and diverse,pays attention to the atmosphere and advances in practice.This paper constructs a teaching evaluation method which combines physical quality with mental health,and a process teaching evaluation method which includes three main subjects: exercise load,skill assessment and teacher and student feedback.2.Learning practice in skill and interest level,the experimental group in the skill appraisal performance reflects the structural movement skill teaching compared with traditional teaching methods have better skills to master degree of ascension,and in the interest degree student feedback of teaching practice,after practice teaching plans and interview shows that compared with traditional teaching form is more popular with the students,Willing to re-engage is also higher.3.In terms of body shape and body function indexes,students in both groups had significant improvement in height and vital capacity(P<0.05),and students in the experimental group had better improvement effect(Cohen's D value was higher)in body shape and body function compared with students in the control group.In terms of physical quality indexes,two groups of students in the comparison group were jumping rope at 50 meters,sit-ups,minute three indicators are significantly improved(P < 0.05),the group on the comparison between the experimental group in speed,flexibility,balance of three phase sensitive quality improvement compared with the control group with significant on improvement effect(P < 0.05).4.In the aspect of mental health,in the intra-group comparison before and after the experiment,the students in the two groups showed a certain degree of improvement trend;in the inter-group comparison,the students in the two groups showed significant differences in social adjustment barriers and bad habits(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the experimental group was better.Control group while the eight data contrast on the dimension of mental health before and after the difference is small,but after the experiment test score compared with the former has greatly reduced,and through the analysis of the effect of learning disabilities,character flaws,special obstacles to three dimensions there is a small positive effect,there is a positive trend but the effect is not significant.Students in the experimental group had better positive and significant changes in the five dimensions of emotional disorder,social adjustment disorder,moral defect,bad habit and behavior disorder before and after the experiment(P<0.05).The study reached the following conclusions:1.Songxi Boxing teaching,which conforms to the Chinese health and physical education curriculum mode,can effectively improve students' physical and mental quality.Songxi Neijia Boxing is an excellent local boxing.Under the requirements of the health and physical education curriculum mode,the teaching goal setting,content selection,mode selection and atmosphere creation are designed from the overall requirements,so as to implement the key points of practice teaching.As "key points" 3without solving physical education,change the martial arts class stated thinking of slow,slow,slow,increase the density of movement,promote sports load and structured motor skills training,on the basis of the design of pine creek boxing teaching scheme is compared with the traditional teaching scheme can effectively improve students' agility,flexibility,speed,balance,such as physical quality,And it can effectively improve the mental health level of students.2.The teaching plan of Songxi Boxing provides a feasible path reference for local martial arts types to enter the campus.Taking the campus as the main position,through the design of the teaching mode of Songxi Ninjia Boxing,it provides diversified forms of martial arts courses and enriches the teaching content of martial arts to strengthen students' understanding of the local culture.Pine creek structured sports skills in boxing teaching plan design practice with a "strong,heavy attack" as the guiding ideology,the creation of combat against link,build game atmosphere,can make the students both in practice and interest in training skills to learn all have good performance,for the local good be seperated into the path of the campus to provide feasibility reference.
