In order to carry out the basic task of "establishing morality and cultivating people"and push the educational reform to develop with high quality,the state has promoted the construction of new round of teaching materials.With the unremitting efforts of universities and front-line teachers,after many times of deliberation and revision,it took two years to complete the task of compiling a unified High School History Textbook "“The Outline Of Chinese And Foreign History”"(Volume 1),and in the second half of2019 put into use in pilot areas.The introduction of the New Textbook has brought new challenges to teachers.How to make better use of the book in history teaching has become the focus of educators and scholars.Based on this,the author focuses on the pictures in“The Outline Of Chinese And Foreign History(Volume 1)”,a High School History Textbook,as the research object,using the methods of literature analysis,Comparative Study and Statistical Analysis,this paper probes into the types,functions,characteristics and applications of the pictures in the first part of the outline of Chinese and foreign history.To clarify the types and functions of the pictures in “The Outline Of Chinese And Foreign History(Volume 1)” is the prerequisite for the use of pictures in history teaching.Therefore,this paper begins with the classification and functions of the pictures in “The Outline Of Chinese And Foreign History(Volume 1)”,and carries out statistical analysis of the pictures in the outline(I),to clarify its role in history teaching.As a textbook published by the People's Education Press,the author naturally compares the outline(I)with the history textbook published by the People's Education Press in 2007,and makes a detailed analysis of the succession and changes of the picture setting of “The Outline Of Chinese And Foreign History(Volume 1)” to the former.Because only by understanding its evolution can it be used properly.The author knows that the study of the pictures in the history textbook should be carried out in the actual teaching,who discuss the use of the pictures in different links of teaching with the concrete cases.In order to give full play to the value of picture teaching,teachers should improve their teaching ability,master the skills of interpreting different types of pictures,and keep in mind the principles of choosing pictures;the students should try their best to exercise their ability of reading drawings under the good environment created by the teachers. |
