After four years' compilation by experts,scholars and some famous teachers,the unified compilation of junior Chinese textbooks was finally printed for the first time in November 2016,marking the official usage of unified compilation of junior Chinese textbooks.The unified compilation of junior Chinese textbooks has greater changes and innovations than the previous versions,of which preview tips are one of them.Taking the preview tips in the unified compilation of junior Chinese textbooks as the research object,this paper studies the compilation basis,functions and significance of the preview tips,investigates the current situation,existing problems and solutions of usage of preview tips of Chinese teachers and students in the Junior Department in Wenchang High School,Jiaguan Nine-year School,Baolin Middle School,Qiangxiang High School,Ranyi Middle School in Qionglai,Chengdu and then proposes feasible use strategies,looking forward to inspiring the majority of junior middle Chinese teachers and students.This paper includes four chapters.The introduction mainly elaborates the reasons of selecting this subject,research purpose and its significance,summarizes the current research status of the preview tips in unified compilation Chinese textbooks and discusses the research subjects,contents,ideas,methods and key and difficult points and many more.The first chapter is a summary of the preview tips in textbooks,including four sections.The first section expounds the concepts and features of preview tips;the second section explains the theoretical basis for the preparation of preview tips based on the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 edition),metacognition theory,humanistic psychology,the advance organizer's theory and cognitive structural learning theory and puts forward the realistic basis of preparing preview tips from two aspects: the characteristics of junior high school students' psychological development and the attention paid by textbook writers;the third section expounds the functions of the preview tips: supplementing background information,prompting article contents,clearing reading goals,providing reading methods and strengthening linkage between old and new knowledge;the last section concludes the significance of preview tips in junior middle Chinese teaching: the preview tips can not only stimulate students' interests in independent preview,but also enhance effects of preview.By doing so,it can improve students' Chinese core literacy as well as Chinese class efficiency.The second chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of the use of preview tips,regarding the preview tips in the unified compilation of junior middle Chinese textbooks as the primary study objects and Chinese teachers and students of the Junior Department in Wenchang High School,Jiaguan Nine-year School,Baolin Middle School,Qiangxiang High School,Ranyi Middle School in Qionglai,Chengdu,as the main research objects.Based on the research,the author summarizes the reasons for problems when teachers and students use the preview tips.As for teachers,here are the factors: influence of previous teaching concepts,lack of guiding methods for using preview tips,limited teaching time,heavy teaching tasks and lack of preview evaluation mechanism.As for students,teachers' and previous learning habits' influence,limited time and heavy study pressure are the main reasons.The third chapter,combined with the theoretical research of preview tips,uses literature research methods and case-study methods and puts forward corresponding strategies for teachers and students in the actual use of the unified compilation of junior middle Chinese textbooks.Teachers should treat the preview tips correctly,master how to use it to design Chinese teaching activities effectively and mobilize parents to encourage students to use preview tips.However,not only teachers are supposed to change their teaching concepts but also students should keep the preview tips in perspective and use them correctly.
