Nowadays,electronic reading and "fragmented" reading have become fashionable and the mainstream.With the new method of reading brings us convenienc,they have also made our thinking become homogeneous,superficial and one-sided.So "whole book reading" is required in the era of "fragmented" reading.After the "whole book reading and research" became the first learning task group,the studies of "whole book reading" increased in Chinese education.These studies focused on reading the whole book of fiction texts and practical texts,but not many studies on reading the whole book of drama works.This research puts forward the teaching and implementation strategies for reading the whole book of drama works,so that drama works,along with novels,proses,and poems,are valued by teachers and students.Reading the whole book of drama works helps students appreciate the artistic taste and charm of dramas,accept rich and diverse cultural information and have a deeper understanding of social life.At the same time,it plays an important role in improving students' Chinese core literacy.Firstly,this thesis explains the concept of the whole book reading and drama works whole book reading,and then discusses the value of teaching the whole book reading of drama works in high school.Secondly,through questionnaires,to find out the current situation of teaching the whole book reading of drama works in high schools,and find that there are some problems in both teachers' teaching and students' learning according to real classroom teaching cases.The reasons for these problems can be summarized as the following three points: the utilitarian standardized educational view,insufficient professional quality of teachers,and insufficient teaching evaluation mechanism for reading the whole book of drama works.Thirdly,to the problems in the teaching of reading the whole book of drama works,this thesis,combining with classic lesson examples and teaching practice,puts forward suggestions for teaching implementation from three aspects: teaching preparation and planning,teaching methods and teaching evaluation.Finally,based on the suggestions of teaching implementation,the whole book reading teaching practice of drama works is carried out to further demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the above teaching suggestions,in order to provide useful references for teachers' teaching.
