Human development is a constant subject in any era.It is also the original intention and desire of our education to cultivate an "all-round person" At present,the cultivation of high school students' quality in rural areas is still mainly based on the education of teachers' education and the formal group activities of the class.However,the informal group of the class also has a subtle influence on the quality of high school students through the invisible way.The phenomenon of informal group in rural high school class is an objective existence that we must face in education,and it is the embodiment of the law of education.The existence of class informal groups has an important influence on the realization of students' all-round development,the formation of a good class and the construction of a harmonious campus.We must admit the negative effects of informal groups in classes,but also face up to their positive complementary effects.In view of the current rural education environment,there appeared a series of problems in the class management of informal group.Therefore,how to correctly understand and strengthen the management and guidance of the informal groups of rural high school classes has become a new topic to the rural high school education administrators,which has important practical significance and academic value.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters.The first part is introduction.By reviewing and sorting out relevant domestic and foreign documents,this part explains the research background and significance of this article,and analyzes the current research stage at home and abroad,in order to clarify the research thinking of the thesis and determine the research framework.The second part discussed the basic concepts and theoretical basis of this paper.Firstly,some concepts are defined.Secondly,Lewis Coser's Social Conflict Theory,Kurt Lewin's Group Dynamics Theory and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory are introduced.Knowing related concepts and theory is the basal work for a research.The third part analyzed the situation of the informal groups in rural high schools The research is done through combining questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and other research methods.Take the teachers and students in Shantou "Middle School as an example,the causes,characteristics,types and the influence of informal groups in rural high school classes are explored.The fourth chapter analyzed the main problems existing in the informal group management of rural high school classes and the analysis of the reasons.So,class management of informal group also appears a series of problems,such as,the poor adaptability of the management system of the current rural high school,the lack of enough attention to the the informal group,the strong utilitarianism in education environment of rural high school,the insufficient professional education management team,the difficulties of manage various informal group and the negative influence of passive informal group.The author analyzes the reasons for the problems from the five dimensions of society,school,teacher,student and family respectively.The fifth chapter studied the path of informal group management in rural senior high school.Corresponding to solving the problems of the informal group,this paper expounds the management strategies of informal groups in rural high school classes from the five dimensions of society,school,teacher,student and family respectively.
