In the Ordinary High School Chinese Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition,Revised in2020),it proposes 18 learning task groups,the first of which is "Whole Book Reading and Discussion",in the compulsory second volume of the Unified Edition of High School Chinese Textbooks,Dream of the Red Chamber is designed as the Whole Book Reading Unit,and it proves that there are new requirements being raised for high school Chinese teachers and students in new curriculum standard.That is,the teaching of a single text has been transformed into the teaching of the whole book.The Chinese teachers are required to change their teaching concepts,teaching models,and teaching methods,and the students need to have the capacity to read,integrate,and discuss the entire book.In this article,it will use this as an entry point to explore the teaching path by reading the entire book Dream of the Red Chamber in a high school in Shantou.In this paper,it mainly falls into five parts,namely,the general situation of "A Dream of Red Mansions",historical description and theoretical basis of the teaching of "reading and discussion of the whole book" in A Dream of Red Mansions,the problems and analysis and the teaching path of Whole Book Reading and Discussion Teaching of Dream of the Red Chamber in Shantou's senior high schools and summarize the practical experience,and point out the insufficiency in the practice exploration.In addition to the introduction part,the main content of the text is mainly divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter is an overview of the entire book reading the background,history,theory source,a dream of red mansions of compilation,and various materials version of high school in recent years Chinese "a dream of red mansions" in the selected text comparison and analysis,pointed out that in the book a dream of red mansions reading teaching reform under the background of,teaching material selection can be made use of.In the second chapter,it analyzes the problems encountered by the students and teachers of Shantou Senior High Schools when implementing the reading and discussion task group of the entire book Dream of the Red Chamber through questionnaires,and it also analyzes the different requirements of reading the entire book of Dream of the Red Chamber on different objects.The third chapter puts forward the teaching path for reference through the author's experiment.The whole teaching path is based on the learning situation of high school students in Shantou,which is divided into six stages: preparation stage,introduction,reading through,study,discussion and summary.In the preparation stage,macroscopic teaching objectives should be preset,content of reading and teaching should be established,and various teaching preparations should be made well.In the reading guide stage,teachers are required to give a good reading guide class to stimulate students' interest in reading,and also guide the reading methods of "A Dream of Red Mansions".In the through-reading stage,the teaching path of independent through-reading and co-reading between teachers and students,question-solving in each reading cycle,mind mapping,retelling plot content,stimulating reading motivation,and ensuring "continuous reading" is proposed.In addition,the method of ensuring "continuous reading" of students is also analyzed.In the study stage,the plot content is sorted out in groups,the character image is analyzed,the language art of the novel is appreciated,and the narrative art of the novel is appreciated.Discussion link does not necessarily need to implementation,teachers should according to the learning of the students to decide,this session put forward the theme,comparative reading,such as "blessing","thunderstorm" and "a dream of red mansions" female image contrast of reading,the city shantou local culture and a dream of red mansions noble cultural comparison reading,Chinese excellent traditional culture and ideology and culture of a dream of red mansions analogy and contextualized reading task reading three links.The last is the summary stage,mainly divided into summary experience and reading experience,"reading" and "writing" combined with two paths,to test the whole teaching path of operability and feasibility.The fourth chapter from the whole process of practice and exploration of "A dream of Red Mansions" "reading and discussion of the whole book" teaching experience,and points out the limitations and deficiencies in the process of exploration,in order to further research.
