The whole book reading aims to enhance students' interest in reading,cultivate their good reading habits,and enhance their core literacy of the discipline.Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard,The Dream of the Red Chamber,as one of the teaching units of textbook which has important curriculum value.In order to promote the implementation of the reading teaching of The Dream of the Red Chamber,the paper designs the teaching based on the learning task of The Dream of the Red Chamber,aiming to overcome some shortcomings of the reading teaching of The Dream of the Red Chamber with speculative learning.The paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The prolegomenon mainly introduces the background,significance and method of the research,clarifies the core concepts involved in the paper,and preliminarily combs the relevant literature.The first chapter is based on the history of the whole book and the theoretical basis and educational value of the whole book reading teaching,and discusses the feasibility and significance of practicing the reading teaching of the whole book from a critical perspective.The second chapter focus on teaching and learning,based on the specific school investigation and analysis of the teaching status of the whole book reading of The Dream of the Red Chamber,and puts forward his own views of the existing problems and their causes.In the third chapter carries out the teaching design of The Dream of the Red Chamber from the perspective of critical study.From the perspective of speculative reading,we explore the teaching path,draw lessons from the successful experience of excellent teaching design with speculative color,and set a series of learning tasks in different sections and gradient from the perspective of speculative reading.In order to promote the development of students' critical thinking ability,and urge the effective practice of reading the whole book.The conclusion summarizes the main content of the paper,summarizes the gains in the teaching design,sorts out the reflection in the teaching research and work,and expresses the determination to continue to explore the relevant fields in the future teaching work.
