Group Work Involved In The Study Of Self-perceived Bias In Migrant Children

With the "familial" mode of floating population in China,more and more children have changed from "left-behind" to "accompanying".Unlike other groups such as the elderly and the young and middle-aged,childhood is a critical period of self-development,which is easily affected by the external environment.Some studies have found that some children who move with them will present problems of self-cognition deviation such as inferiority,sensitivity,low self-evaluation and so on.Therefore,how to take effective measures to improve their existing self-cognitive bias and enhance their self-cognitive ability is of far-reaching significance to the healthy growth of children,family harmony and even the harmonious development of society.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,the author found that the self-cognition deviation of the children with the accompanying is mainly manifested in the aspects of fuzzy self-cognition,incomplete self-evaluation and low self-evaluation.In order to improve the self-cognition deviation of the trailing children,under the Qingdao X organization as a platform,on the basis of the theory of advantage perspective theory,in the mirror I and self-perception theory,in view of the trailing children's physical,emotional,social,academic and identity was designed and carried out in five dimensions,cognitive biases team to improve.After seven group activities,quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the effectiveness of group work in intervening the self-cognitive bias of the accompanying children.It is found that group work has good results in the aspects of the team members' comprehensive understanding of their external image,the awareness and expression of their emotions,the mastery of interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills,the improvement of their attention to their studies,and the correct acceptance and identification of their self-identity.On the whole,the group work method has certain advantages in improving the existing self-cognitive bias and improving self-cognitive ability of the accompanying children,but it also has some disadvantages.To this end,improvement can be made in the following aspects: enhancing the professional ability of social workers,linking various resources to promote social work together,comprehensively using social work methods and ensuring the continuity of improving self-awareness services.
