Educator Tao Xingzhi once said: Education is to cultivate good habits.Good behavior habits will benefit people for life.Cultivating students' daily behavior habits-not only study habits,discipline-abiding behavior habits,but also hygiene habits,civilized etiquette habits,safety awareness habits,love of labor,physical exercise and other habits-is not only the important content of moral education,but also the essence of moral education.Starting from daily behavior,we can avoid the empty preaching of ideological and political education,make up for the shortcomings of traditional ideological and political education,and effectively help students establish perfect moral values.Strengthening the cultivation of students' behavior habits in Ganzi Tibetan area is helpful to build the socialist core values.The author believes that the experience and methods of behavior habits cultivation are closely related to the development of Ganzi education,and the moral education in Ganzi Tibetan area schools continuously draws advanced experience,puts forward high standards and strict requirements for students,and urges students to cultivate good daily behavior habits,which has achieved great results in cultivation education.There are some differences in the means and contents of moral education between ethnic minority areas and inland areas.Besides these common problems,the cultivation education in Tibetan areas also has its own differences.Recognizing the differences in their unique social life and cultural activities is conducive to putting forward some concrete and feasible measures at the operational level,solving the problems existing in the process of moral education,and cultivating students' good habits of being a man,doing things and studying.From the reflection of moral education in many schools in Tibetan areas,we can find that there are also common drawbacks in moral education;It is divorced from students' reality,does not start with the details of daily life,does not pay attention to cultivating students' correct behavior habits,and cannot effectively guide students' daily life.At the same time,there are some problems,such as paying attention to form,not seeking practical results,valuing intelligence but neglecting moral education,relaxing moral education or neglecting teenagers' physical and mental development,some teachers think that habit cultivation is their extra responsibility,and schools don't have a deep understanding of behavior habit formation education.The cultivation of boarding students' daily behavior habits in Tibetan areas is a weak and neglected link.We need to constantly explore and find a way suitable for Tibetan characteristics.The behavior habit education in Tibetan areas should be integrated into the core values of socialism in the new era,and at the same time,it should be combined with the excellent values of Tibetan tradition to promote development.By strengthening the cultivation of behavior habits,we can achieve the linkage effect of taking the lead and moving the whole body.Ganzi KD Middle School is widely representative in the whole Tibetan area of Ganzi.Through the case study of Ganzi KD Middle School,we can reflect the problems existing in the behavior habit education of boarding students in the whole Tibetan area of Ganzi.According to the requirements of "Code of Conduct for Middle School Students",this study puts forward operational countermeasures and suggestions on the strategy of boarding students' cultivation education,which can promote the physical and mental development of boarding students and help schools strengthen the management of boarding students,thus improving the quality of education and teaching.This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss the education research of boarding students' cultivation in Tibetan areas of Sichuan Province.This paper will integrate social learning theory and problem behavior theory into the daily behavior cultivation of boarding students in Tibetan areas.The first chapter is the introduction of the research,and the second chapter introduces the present situation and problems of the behavior habit education of boarding students in KD Middle School in Tibetan areas.The third chapter introduces and analyzes the reasons for the slow development of behavior habit education in Ganzi boarding schools.The fourth chapter puts forward the strategy of improving cultivation education.The author mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,investigation and observation to collect and analyze data,and finds that the problems of students' behavior habit formation in Ganzi KD Middle School mainly include the unbalanced development of students' quality,the restriction of traditional culture,the pervasive use of mobile games and online games,interpersonal conflicts,students' unreasonable spending and poor dormitory management.The main reasons behind the inquiry are as follows: the educational concept of students' behavior habit formation pays too much attention to "pragmatism",There are six reasons: it is difficult for home,school and society to form a joint force;cultural construction needs to be improved;school ideals and self-discipline education are relatively lacking;students' interpersonal communication is hindered;and modern economic literacy education is lacking.In this regard,the author believes that it is necessary to focus on six aspects: ideological guidance,construction of teaching staff,system standardization,self-management,home-school-community education and cultural guidance,so as to cultivate students' good habits of being human,doing things and studying.Cultivation education in schools can train students to develop good ideological and moral habits through ideological guidance,including patriotism,love for the party,national unity and so on;Standardize students' behavior habits through the system,formulate reasonable rules,and distinguish rewards and punishments: realize students' conscious cultivation of good behavior habits by guiding students' self-management;Through the co-education of home,school and society,we can create a favorable atmosphere and consolidate the habits we have developed;Finally,through cultural construction,the excellent Tibetan-Chinese culture is refined and integrated,so that students can form cultural consciousness,change the spring breeze and rain,and govern by doing nothing,and finally firmly cultivate a series of fine behavior habits and noble ideological character.
