In the world of literature,novels have left a deep impression on readers due to their rich and colorful content,distinctive language,ups and downs of plots,and various characters.Novel teaching is a member of Chinese teaching that can not be ignored.in junior middle school.However,the teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in the junior middle school language rarely arouses the attention of researchers.However,the teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in the junior middle school language rarely arouses the attention of researchers.Especially starting from the next semester of 2019,the textbook will be compiled in a nationally used manner.The selection of the novel has undergone great changes.How teachers should teach novels and how to teach Chinese modern and contemporary novels has become the focus of attention of researchers.The author consults domestic and foreign literature to understand the research results of predecessors,and thinks about his own research direction and research value.Through the investigation of students and interviews with Chinese teachers,the author found that the teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in junior high school has many remarkable points,and of course there are also areas that need improvement.There are many problems in the teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in the current junior middle school language.According to the current teaching situation,this research starts with the basis of Chinese modern and contemporary novels.In the first chapter,it explains and explains Chinese modern and contemporary novels,and counts the specific articles of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in the Chinese textbooks for junior high school.Take the teaching value of Chinese modern and contemporary novels as the focus of attention.In the form of questionnaires,students were investigated and some Chinese teachers were interviewed.The second chapter analyzes the current teaching situation.The third chapter is based on the "Chinese Curriculum Standards",and analyzes the problems and causes of the teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in junior middle school.On the part of teachers,there are problems such as outdated and outdated novel teaching concepts,vague novel teaching goals,different selection of novel teaching content,and single and old novel teaching methods.On the part of students,there are problems such as insufficient preview before class,monotonous reading content comprehension,lack of guidance in reading methods,and relatively small amount of reading.Aiming at the problems in the teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in junior high school,constructive countermeasures are put forward in chapter four.Teachers should pay attention to the reading guidance of modern and contemporary novels,give full play to the main role of students in reading,guide students to master a variety of reading methods,and create a good reading environment and conditions;To explore the connotation of modern and contemporary novels,teachers should enrich their own aesthetic experience,create aesthetic situations that conform to the text,and be good at inspiring students' aesthetic creation;It is also necessary to innovate the interpretation methods of modern and contemporary novels,to use narrative theories and to innovate the interpretation of texts;Connect with the times,let teaching come into life;vary from text to text,grasp the artistic style;learn from others' strengths,and rationalize teaching interpretation.Students should pay attention to novel reading to stimulate interest in reading.The preparatory work must be fully completed,the selection of essays and the complete reading of classics should be combined,and the study of guided readings of classics should be emphasized;To understand the content of modern and contemporary novels,explore the rich and diverse themes of the novel,experience the ups and downs of the novel,think about the environment of the novel's long meaning,and appreciate the characters of the novel with different styles;Also master a variety of reading methods,master 1+X theme reading and comparative reading.I hope to put forward reasonable suggestions for the teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary novels in junior high school.The concluding part provides a simple overview and summary of the full text to pave the way for future research.
