In 2011,the Ministry of Education issued the "Compulsory Education Chinese curriculum standards" pointed out: "expand the scope of reading,increase the amount of reading." The 2017 version of the "ordinary high school Chinese curriculum standards" clearly puts forward "the whole book reading and discussion".The emphasis of curriculum standards on the reading of the whole book and the setting of reading unit in the new textbook show that the focus of reading teaching should shift from single intensive reading teaching to single and multiple reading.The high school excerpt novel text has its particularity.It is not only the text selected by the editor from the famous works into the textbook,but also a part of the original novel.Such particularity makes it have a considerable significance of teaching research,that is,connecting the teaching of single piece teaching with the teaching of whole book reading.Compared with the people's education press,the textbook is in the initial stage of use,so I hope to make some contribution to the teaching of high school selected novel texts from the perspective of reading the whole book.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature study,statistical analysis,questionnaires and interview,starting from the high school Chinese in 2019,combing the selected novel texts,and from the perspective of reading the whole book,puts forward some opinions on the teaching strategies of the selected novel texts.The text is mainly divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter:This chapter mainly defines the basic concepts and introduces the relevant theoretical basis.The basic concept part mainly explains the definition of three concepts: novel teaching,fiction excerpt teaching and whole novel reading.The theoretical basis includes three aspects:novel teaching theory,single text teaching theory and whole book reading and discussion theory.These theoretical bases have guiding significance for the elaboration of the strategy part.The second chapter: This chapter mainly expounds the relationship between the text teaching of high school excerpts and the reading of the whole novel.In this paper,the author combs the editing situation of the selected novel texts in the "Chinese" of the Ministry edition of senior high school.It dredges the relationship between the text of excerpts and the whole original novel,and the relationship between the teaching of excerpts and the reading of the whole novel.According to the data of the questionnaire and the results of interviews,this paper analyzes the current situation of the relationship between the text teaching of high school selected novels and the reading of the whole novel.Chapter three:This paper discusses the teaching strategy of introducing the whole novel original to assist the corresponding excerpts.Starting from the students' learning situation of reading the whole novel,this paper expounds that for students who have reading experience of the original novel,teaching the corresponding text with the help of the reading background of the whole novel;for the students without reading experience of the original novel,explain the corresponding teaching text through the introduction of the whole novel.Secondly,it also discusses the corresponding texts of the viewing experience teaching of film and television works adapted from teachers and students.Chapter Four:This paper discusses the teaching strategy of promoting the reading of the whole novel through the teaching of excerpts.Specifically,to use the problem as a bridge to stimulate students' interest in reading the original work;to find out the connection point to lead the students' reading direction of the original work;to show the novel appreciation method to demonstrate the students' reading method of the original work;to introduce and comment on the relevant research points to improve the students' reading level of the original work,respectively,from the four aspects of students' interest in reading the original work,direction,method and realm.
