Research background:in 2021,the sports score of Chongqing middle school entrance examination is still included in the total score of the middle school entrance examination.Five items are tested:standing long jump,solid ball throwing,one minute rope skipping,800m(girls)and 1000m(boys),of which the scores of 800m and 1000m are not included in the middle school entrance examination.At present,more and more attention is paid to the physical education in the middle school entrance examination.Junior middle school students need to carefully prepare and train the physical education examination items.However,compared with basketball,track and field,football,martial arts and other teaching items in junior middle school physical education,the sports middle school entrance examination items are less interesting,and the junior middle school students only train for the middle school entrance examination items in order to improve their sports performance,which reflects the current situation of "exam oriented" training.It is not conducive to the cultivation of junior middle school students' sports interest and sports habits.Therefore,taking badminton as an example,combined with the standards and requirements of physical education and health curiculum and the demands of junior middle school students' sports,this study develops the middle school teaching and training of badminton curriculum,improves students' sports interest and sports skills,promotes the improvement of students' physical health level and middle school entrance examination sports performance,and promotes the further enrichment and improvement of middle school entrance examination sports test items.Research purpose:through the investigation and analysis of the sports test items of Chongqing middle school entrance examination,the teaching content of junior middle school sports curriculum,the current situation of junior middle school students' preparation for the examination and sports status,and taking the development and practical teaching of junior middle school badminton curriculum as an example,this study discusses the development of junior middle school sports curriculum for the purpose of Improving Junior Middle School Students' sports performance,physical quality and badminton skills.This study has three main purposes:first,through badminton to promote the improvement of junior middle school students' physical quality and physical examination results;Secondly,through the design,development and experiment of badminton curriculum,the purpose of developing badminton and improving badminton skills among junior middle school students is achieved;Thirdly,according to the development effect of badminton curriculum,this paper discusses the feasibility of building badminton teams and carrying out badminton competitive training in junior middle schools,so as to enrich the content of school physical education and improve the level of school physical education according to the requirements of school physical education development in the new era.Research methods:This study is based on the sports of Chongqing middle school entrance examination,and takes the development of badminton curriculum in junior middle school as the research object.Using the methods of literature,qustionnaire,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a field visit to nine junior middle schools in the urban area with high teaching quality,good infrastructure and high public recognition in Chongqing.Research results and conclusions:1.The teaching effect of badminton course in junior middle school physical education teaching can not effectively promote the improvement of students' performance in physical education high school entrance examination.2.Physical education teaching carries out physical education activities for the purpose of health according to the curriculum standard of physical education and health.Physical examination is a training activity for the purpose of improving performance.The two are not fully combined and promoted each other in school physical education teaching.2.The development of badminton curriculum for junior middle school students is divided into five steps:(1)design reasonable teaching objectives of badminton curriculum.Combined with the results of the test items of the middle school entrance examination,understand the students' physical state through the test,design the training methods such as the combination of badminton step training and standing long jump training,the combination of high-distance ball technology and solid ball throwing training,and the combination of fast movement of the court and 1-minute rope skipping,so as to improve the teaching objectives of the course;(2)The teaching content attaches importance to the training of techniques and tactics to improve the sports level and physical reserve.Strengthen repetitive training and multi ball training.Achieve the teaching effect of being able to fight and compete;(3)Curriculum development needs to improve students'interest in badminton and improve the interest of the classroom.Through the activities such as fighting and competition among students,improve students'interest,summarize competition experience,issue training sports prescriptions according to different people,and enhance students' physical fitness and badminton technical and tactical level;(4)Build an offline badminton training organization,adhere to one hour of badminton training every day,and guide students to actively participate;(5)The course assessment includes two test contents:physical fitness test and badminton skill test.The physical fitness test includes standing long jump,throwing solid ball,1-minute rope skipping,long-distance running,push ups,etc.the badminton skill test includes serving high and long ball,rubbing and hooking in front of the net,badminton long throw,etc.Step(1)to improve the results of the middle school entrance examination and attract students' participation,steps(2)and(3)to cultivate students' interest in badminton,step(4)to carry out scientific training combining physical fitness and skills,step(5)to test and feed back in time throughout,and formulate differentiated training plans according to different people.3.The results of the teaching case study show that the students who participate in the practice of badminton course have significantly improved their physical fitness level and test items of the middle school entrance examination,and can master badminton technology,carry out fighting,training and other badminton activities,better break the "examination oriented" of sports,improve students'interest in sports,guide students to exercise actively and master sports skills,Improve the effect of high school entrance examination results.
