Curriculum system is the basic framework for majors to achieve the goal of talent training.Education and teaching reform will eventually be implemented in curriculum construction,and the curriculum quality is related to the quality of talent training.The proposal of "Golden course" is also to improve the quality of teaching,and its key lies in the sustainable development of curriculum construction.This is inseparable from the feedback and guidance of the course evaluation index system.Through the methods of empirical research and case analysis,and drawing lessons from the existing evaluation scale,this paper makes a meaningful research on the construction of the evaluation index system of the offline "Golden Course" in research universities.The evaluation index system(version 2.0)helps to improve the theoretical basis of the offline curriculum construction,enrich the curriculum evaluation gauge system,and has a certain positive significance to improve the teaching quality of undergraduate courses in research universities in China.First of all,by consulting and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and on the basis of studying and understanding the policy documents of the Ministry of Education,the author comprehensively combs the development process and practice of the evaluation index system of the course.At the same time,combined with the existing curriculum evaluation scale,this paper preliminarily constructs the offline "Golden Course" evaluation index system of research universities(version 1.0).Taking it as the basis,the student version of the questionnaire and the teacher version of the questionnaire are designed,and the author carry out online questionnaire distribution and collection in Southeast University.Secondly,the study selects three national first-class offline undergraduate courses in Southeast University as the object of case study.Combined with the statistical results of questionnaires,this study explores the current situation of the construction of the offline "Golden Courses" in Southeast University.It includes the overall evaluation of teachers and students,the existing problems in offline curriculum construction,the analysis of positive factors,teachers and students’ suggestions on the construction of the offline "Golden Courses" and so on.The results are analyzed and discussed to further refine the index system(version 1.0).Finally,the paper combines the curriculum evaluation system such as the recommended identification method of the national first-class undergraduate curriculum of the "double ten thousand plan",the first-class undergraduate curriculum evaluation scheme of Tongji University,and the first-class undergraduate curriculum evaluation gauge(V2.0 version)of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The offline "Golden Course" evaluation index system of research universities(version2.0)is constructed and it is divided into primary indicators,secondary indicators and specific requirements,implementing a ten-point system for scoring and rating.Based on the construction of the index system,this paper further puts forward the basic ideas for the construction of the offline "Golden Courses" in research universities from six aspects: teaching design,teaching content,organization and implementation and so on.
