How to let students learn actively in mathematics classroom and immerse themselves in learning with strong interest? This is a question that the majority of teachers should think deeply about. In specific teaching, how to make the "teaching" goal clear and the "learning" content solid,so that students can apply knowledge more flexibly and improve their problem-solving ability after completing their studies? That's the point of teaching. This article is guided by Vygotsky's "zone of proximal development" theory,Piaget's "constructivism" theory,Maslow's "humanism" theory, etc. And interview method is used as the research method to explore the classroom teaching mode of "learning first and teaching later" in high school mathematics from the aspects of students' learning and teachers' teaching in the three stages of "learning before teaching" teaching classroom.By means of questionnaires and interviews, this paper investigates the application status of the "Learn first, then teach" teaching mode of high school mathematics in the school where the author teaches. The teaching mode of "teaching after school" is applied to the practice of mathematics teaching in high school, and the teaching situation of teachers, students' classroom performance and the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching mode of "learning before teaching" are summarized.Through the discussion on how to reasonably cooperate between teachers and students in the classroom, let the students like the corresponding classroom and take the initiative to learn, teachers can teach with purpose and achieve success, really promote the improvement of students' self-learning awareness and self-learning ability, and promote students to learn New knowledge and new abilities.
