Talent is the nation's quality of innovation, science and technology innovation foundation, the talent's quality depends on a country's development level of education. The author combines the current high school mathematics education, the teaching goal is to cultivate the students' autonomous learning, updating the traditional teaching concept, efforts to unearth in teaching material teaching mode and material, and realize the independent study and effective teaching.Mathematics learning is a systematic project, which requires teachers to change their teaching concept on one hand, on the other hand also requires teachers to change their evaluation method, at the same time, needs the school leaders, parents and social support.
