Talent is the nation's quality of innovation, science and technology innovation foundation, the talent's quality depends on a country's development level of education. In our country, because of the traditional teaching mode neglects the students' main body position, take the teacher as the center, neglect the student scientific method training as well as to the development process and the knowledge to generate awareness, but also failed to pay attention to the cultivation of autonomous learning ability. The author combines the current high school mathematics education, the teaching goal is to cultivate the students' autonomous learning, updating the traditional teaching concept, efforts to unearth in teaching material teaching mode and material, and realize the independent study and effective teaching.Mathematics learning is a systematic project, which requires teachers to change their teaching concept on one hand, on the other hand also requires teachers to change their evaluation method, at the same time, needs the school leaders, parents and social support. In the background of new curriculum reform, the current school education system will become more perfect and reasonable, the use of autonomous learning will be gradually increased, the teachers, opportunities, and challenges. The author in the study, combining students' self-efficacy enhancement, as well as some teaching strategies, teachers guide students to self monitoring, so as to cultivate the students' ability of autonomous learning. On the analysis of present situation of students' mathematics learning and insufficient foundation, through the design of targeted teaching, cultivating the high school students' autonomous learning ability. Introduction of domestic and international research status and the research method and innovation; introduced the independent study related concepts and theories; through the questionnaire survey on high school students' mathematics autonomous learning situation analysis; given the high school mathematics autonomous learning training model strategy and suggestions for the cultivation of independent learning ability; experimental analysis.
