It was essential to cultivate the Marxist concept of labor both in practical and theoretical dimension.Along with the continuous development of society,the society and the country appealed to more qualified workers to serve socialist modernization,hence,we had better shape students' correct attitude to labor,that is,Marxist concept of labor.Actually,history demonstrated how working people had struggled,which contained abundant accessible teaching materials.This paper attempted to systematically organize the relevant resources that could be used to cultivate students' Marxist concept of labor in history teaching so as to put forward possibility proposals for teachers to cultivate students' Marxist concept of labor in history teaching.Based on the Marxist concept of labor and the way to cultivate Marxist view of labor in history teaching,the literature review was proceeded in chronological order.Based on the four aspects of the development path of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,national policies,curriculum standards and history core literacy,this study elaborated the necessity of cultivating students' Marxist concept of labor in history and proposed three specific goals including the mastery of correct knowledge of labor,understanding correct views on labor and cultivating positive attitudes towards labor;In view of the history curriculum standard,textbooks as well as questions in National College Entrance Examination,it organized relevant materials that could cultivate students' Marxist concept of labor;Moreover,selecting part of the high school students and high school history teachers in X City as samples,this study adopted questionnaires to understand the labor literacy level of high school students at the present stage.It also discussed the problems appeared and causes of cultivating Marxist concept of labor in teaching;On this basis,this study proposed corresponding solutions to the existing problems and applied case study to further explore the specific practice of cultivating Marxist concept of labor in history classrooms.The findings showed that curriculum standards,test questions in the National College Entrance Examination,and textbooks all contained rich materials for cultivating students' Marxist concept of labor.Besides,it was found that part of the high school students in X city had showed relatively high labor literacy.In specific,these students showed better mastery of labor knowledge and cultivated better labor habits;Most of the students and teachers believed that the subject of history had the advantage of cultivating Marxist concept of labor;While teachers caught on with current events and had certain understanding of relevant national policies.The problems in teaching practice were mainly reflected in the following five aspects: teachers' superficial understanding of national policies,insufficient ability to develop teaching materials,limited current political literacy,relevant systems of schools not being implemented in place,and lack of family and social environment.This paper put forward some suggestions for the problems arising in the investigation.Firstly,teachers could actively seek entry points in textbooks through the methods of integration,deletion and secondary construction.Secondly,teachers should improve their own current politics literacy,strengthen theoretical learning and current politics knowledge reserves as well as cultivate students' Marxist concept of labor.Thirdly,we should build complete teaching links and guide the teaching practice in a better way.Fourthly,it was important for families,schools and the whole society to support each other and jointly promote the establishment of students' Marxist concept of labor.Lastly,it summarized the study and pointed out future directions.
