The development and prosperity of a country fundamentally depends on the national quality, and the development of rural education has a decisive impact on the national quality level.Only when rural education develops, national education can be truly strong. However, for a long time, the flow of rural teachers has shown a trend of one-way flow, that is,rural teachers leave their posts and flow into schools or government units in cities or counties. This one-way unreasonable flow is called the teacher drain in rural primary schools. The outflow of rural teachers not only affects the stability of rural primary school teachers, but also has a serious impact on the sustainable and healthy development of rural basic education. If we want to alleviate the problem of teacher drain,we must find the roots of the problems.Based on County B,the author collected the basic information about the drainage of teachers in 11 rural primary schools in recent years;through the questionnaire survey,101 valid questionnaires from 5 rural primary schools were collected through the questionnaire survey. The basic information and turnover intention of the surveyed teachers were analyzed through SPSS.Based on the above survey results, the current situation of the loss of rural primary school teachers in B County was analyzed and the interview contents were determined.Combined with the current situation of the loss of teachers in B county and in-depth interviews with teachers, the existing problems are found and analyzed.Such as: The number of people lost is large and on the rise;Loss direction: positive layer;Loss of personnel, younger, etc.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this paper analyzes the reasons for the loss of teachers as follows: first, the needs of the lowest level are not met, such as low wages;Poor working environment; It is difficult for teachers to commute;Large gap between urban and rural areas.Second, the needs of the intermediate level are not met, such as heavy workload;High teaching pressure;Low professional identity;Society has high expectations for teachers.Third, the needs of senior levels are not stimulated, such as insufficient development space;Lack of democracy in management.Based on the above reasons,we can explore the countermeasures to solve the problem of loss.First,to meet the needs of scarcity, which requires the help of the government and schools, such as financial allocation inclined to rural areas;Solve the problem of teachers' commuting difficulty;Promoting urban-rural integration;Improve the social status of rural teachers;Innovative management methods, etc.Second,to stimulate teachers' growth needs, teachers need to improve their professional ability and realize their own value;strengthen their professional ethics and realize their professional value.
