Research On The Construction Of Discipline Structure Adjustment Mechanism In Colleges And Universities In Liaoning Province

As an extremely important part of higher education,whether the discipline structure is reasonable directly affects the overall development level of colleges and universities in Liaoning,and then affects the realization of the strategic goal of Liaoning revitalization.However,there is no coordinated and interactive relationship between the current discipline structure,the market and the government in Liaoning Province.Colleges and universities still have many problems in the process of discipline structure adjustment,and colleges and universities,the market and the government are exactly the three main bodies that affect the discipline structure adjustment.How to coordinate the relationship between the discipline structure and the three,so as to make the discipline structure a powerful factor to boost the economic development of Liaoning Province,It is a question worth pondering at present.In view of this,this study is based on the current situation,problems and reasons of the discipline structure and the three main bodies of colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,and constructs the discipline structure adjustment mechanism.Firstly,it briefly summarizes the research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research content,ideas,methods and innovations of this paper;On this basis,the concept of mechanism,discipline structure and dynamic adjustment mechanism of discipline structure are explained,and the specific research subjects in this study are led out through Burton Clark's triangular coordination model.Combined with the guiding role of mechanism design theory on the change of discipline structure itself and the coordinating role in the interaction of discipline structure,the theoretical framework of constructing mechanism is formed;Secondly,from a historical perspective,this paper analyzes the development and evolution process of discipline structure adjustment in the early days of the founding of new China,the recovery and development period and the guidance period of market economy.On the basis of combing,it analyzes the current situation of disciplines under the role of history.It is considered that science and Engineering in Liaoning Province is more important than social sciences,applied disciplines play a stronger role in promoting social development than basic disciplines,and first-class disciplines are concentrated in engineering disciplines.This paper directly reflects the problems existing in the discipline structure from the current situation,expounds the problems in detail,and analyzes the in-depth causes of the problems from the perspective of mechanism design theory.On the one hand,it ignores the application of information efficiency,on the other hand,it ignores the role of information incentive compatibility principle;Then,aiming at the maximization of information efficiency and the optimization of incentive compatibility,according to the principles,and taking the discipline structure,market,universities and government as the main contents as the basis of mechanism construction,build the dynamic mechanism,operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and supervision mechanism,so as to make the discipline structure adjustment mechanism operate effectively.
