According to the implementation plan for deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system in Guangxi from 2024,that is the "3 + 1 + 2" mode.The new policy begins to implement the reform from the first grade of senior high school admitted in 2021.Under the background of the reform of the new college entrance examination,how do the senior one choose subjects? As an educator,how to help freshmen in high school choose subjects? These are all problems that researchers need to solve urgently.Based on the social cognitive career theory,this study studies the effects of career interest,professional decision-making self-efficacy and gender stereotyped interpretation bias on the subject selection of the new college entrance examination.Research one,a gender stereotype interpretation bias questionnaire was compiled based on SEB program,and the behavior subject and behavior results were gradually determined.The results showed that senior one students had the gender stereotype of "boys are good at physics and not good at history".Research two,600 questionnaires were used to study the effects of professional interest,professional decision-making self-efficacy and gender stereotyped interpretation bias on the choice of subjects in the new college entrance examination,The results showed that there was no gender difference in the professional decisionmaking self-efficacy and gender stereotyped interpretation deviation of senior one students(P > 0.05),and there were significant differences in the scores of eight basic types of professional interest(P < 0.05);Gender had a significant predictive effect on whether to choose history,physics,politics and Chemistry(P < 0.05);In the preferred subjects,the role of teachers plays an important role.High prestige interest has a positive predictive effect on whether to choose history,and mechanical interest has a positive predictive effect on whether to choose physics;In reselection subjects,management interest has a positive predictive effect on whether to choose geography,social promotion interest and high reputation interest have a positive predictive effect on whether to choose politics,and business detail interest has a positive predictive effect on whether to choose biology;Professional decision-making self-efficacy and gender stereotyped interpretation bias did not show a predictive effect on the new college entrance examination subjects.In the third study,the experimental group and the control group were set up to guide 6 students in selecting subjects in the new college entrance examination from the aspects of interest,ability and external information.The data were processed by repeated measurement analysis of variance.The results showed that the guidance significantly improved the students' grasp of selecting subjects.Based on the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The professional decision-making self-efficacy of senior one student is at a medium level as a whole,there is no significant difference in gender variables,and there is significant difference in professional interest in gender variables.2.Teachers play an important predictive role in the preferred subjects(Physics and history "one out of two").3.Senior one students have gender stereotyped interpretation bias in the choice of physics and history subjects.I think boys are good at learning physics and not good at learning history.4.Gender can predict the choice of subjects in the new college entrance examination.Different types of professional interest and professional competence have different predictive effects on the choice of different subjects.5.Subject selection counseling can help students clarify their interests and abilities and make more confident decision-making.Finally,This study has some enlightenment to explore the influencing factors of subject selection in senior one under the background of the new college entrance examination,and can also provide some suggestions and help on how to carry out subject selection guidance in senior high schools.
