In the context of urban-rural integration,in order to improve the overall school running level and quality of schools in rural areas,further narrow the gap between urban and rural education,and help the sustainable promotion of rural revitalization,the trend of rural schools towards Regional Education Alliance has become a typical development path.As one of the main activities of the alliance,under the emphasis and attention of relevant policies,teacher exchange has gradually become an important opportunity for rural teachers to improve their teaching ability.This study uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to investigate the teachers participating in the teacher exchange of Rural Regional Education Alliance in district a of Tianjin.It is found that the problems existing in their teaching ability after the exchange are as follows: in terms of teaching design ability,the ability of teaching content and learning analysis under the background of the alliance is insufficient,and the utilization rate of teaching resources is not high;In terms of teaching implementation ability,there is a gap in the improvement of modern educational technology ability,and the transfer effect of teaching experience is not obvious after exchange;In the aspect of teaching evaluation ability,the improvement of teaching multiple evaluation ability is poor,and the cultivation of students' self-evaluation ability is ignored;In terms of teaching reflection ability,teachers lack the consciousness of active reflection after communication,and the reality of reflection results is poor;In the aspect of cognitive ability of teaching regulations,the recognition of formal norms of alliance teaching is not high,and there is a deviation in the cognition of substantive essence;In terms of teaching experience output ability,teachers' expression ability is insufficient in the process of communication,and the opportunity of experience output is unequal.The root of these problems comes from the imperfect overall coordination and institutional system of the alliance;The school support guarantee measures are not perfect;The internal driving force of teachers' independent development is insufficient in three aspects.Therefore,this study suggests to strengthen the overall coordination and system construction of the alliance by improving the top-level design and rules and regulations;Implement the school's support and guarantee measures by increasing financial support,improving the evaluation and assessment system and creating a good teaching atmosphere;By improving teachers' awareness of independent development,strengthening teachers' continuing education,promoting the recognition and timely transformation of teachers' roles to improve the internal driving force of teachers' independent development,we can further promote the communication of teachers in Rural Regional Education Alliance and improve the effectiveness of teachers' teaching ability.
