This is a new level of health for all people,and the "Healthy China" strategy was proposed in 2017 by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.In addition,it is required in the core literacy of "social responsibility" in the "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition Revised 2020)" that students should be able to take the initiative to promote the concept and knowledge of health and care for life to others through the learning of this course,and to advocate a healthy and civilized lifestyle so that it is possible for students to combine the learning of health and hygiene knowledge and healthy diet with the understanding of society and solving health problems related to society.Students will learn about health and hygiene,healthy diet and social awareness,solve health problems related to society,and develop a sense of social responsibility.In the past five years,the overall proportion of overweight and obese students in each school section in China has been increasing from year to year,and the physical literacy of students is not optimistic,so it is necessary to strengthen nutrition and health education in primary and secondary schools to penetrate in all subjects.It is a science that studies life.Biology textbooks contain many contents that are closely related to nutrition and health knowledge,and it is a unique subject advantage to integrate the task of nutrition and health education in biology teaching.The research-based on the Theory of overall studying humanity,learning theory of constructivism and the model of knowledge,belief,and action,literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and educational experiment method was chosen for this study.The main research contents include: Firstly,to summarize the connotation of nutrition and health education,the current development situation domestic and overseas,and to clarify the research theme and research significance.Secondly,questionnaires and interviews were employed to investigate the current situation of implementing nutrition and health education in biology teaching in XX Middle School in Nanning.Again,it is based on the study of high school biology textbooks and curriculum standards,summarizing the integration points with nutrition and health education in biology textbooks,proposing the principles of carry out nutrition and health education,adhering to the principles of scientificity,interestingness,the reasonableness of teaching content and time,and activity in teaching,and using various teaching strategies to integrate nutrition and health education in classroom teaching,as well as carrying out various activities.In the end,Class A and Class B were selected as the research subjects,and nutrition and health education was conducted in Class A and Class B.The effectiveness of teaching practices was studied empirically,and the results were collected and analyzed to draw the research conclusions of this study.The following research conclusions are to be drawn:(1)Conducting nutrition health education can improve the overall level of students' nutrition health KAP.(2)There is a significant improvement in students' knowledge of nutrition and health after nutrition and health education.(3)Students' nutritional health attitudes and negative behaviors were improved after nutrition health education,but there was a contradiction between knowledge and behavior at the same time.(4)There was a significant positive correlation between students' nutritional health and nutritional health behaviors,and nutritional health attitudes significantly and positively influenced students' nutritional health behaviors.Depending on the results of the study,to improve students' awareness of nutritional health and promote the formation of nutritional health behaviors,the author proposes corresponding recommendations at the levels of teachers,schools,families,and teaching methods: Number one is to improve the nutritional health literacy of teachers.With a higher nutritional health literacy,in which teachers provide scientific guidance to students and cultivate a healthy lifestyle.Second,it is important for schools to pay attention to nutrition and health education for students,to pay attention to nutrition and health education for cafeteria staff to ensure that the cafeteria provides nutritious and delicious food,and also to pay attention to the creation of a school atmosphere for nutrition and health education.In the third place,emphasize family nutrition and health education,the implementation of parental responsibility,strengthen the concept of nutrition and health of parents and skills,and provide children with a reasonable mix of meals in family life,and at the same time,it is necessary to set an example,through words and deeds to influence the behavior of children,to do their parental responsibility.
