Teenagers are the pillars and pillars of our motherland's future.Their level of physical and psychological development directly affects the economic and social development of the country.However,many young people of school age in our country have led to the advancement of growth and development due to reasons such as diet and daily life irregularities.At the same time,obesity and anemia have also continued to appear in young people,and some even have a stagnation in the healthy development of young people's physiology and function.Mental health problems such as comprehensive sports quality and a comprehensive decline in sports indicators,which is a major lack of nutrition and health knowledge education at a certain level.Nutrition and health education directly affects high school students' knowledge,behavior,and attitudes about nutrition and health Changed.However,in China's high school teaching stage,because there is no unified high school nutrition and health knowledge education standard textbooks and related guidance documents,the biology curriculum related to high school nutrition and health education lacks a certain teaching overall arrangement,making high school biology teachers.It is relatively weak in the practice and management of penetrating nutrition and health knowledge education.And becausethe high school biology textbooks of the Human Education Edition still contain a lot of knowledge and materials related to high school nutrition and health education,if the content of nutrition and health is fully combined in the process of high school biology teaching,and nutrition and health related knowledge is carried out for high school students Education penetration,which has positive significance and role for young people to enrich their knowledge of nutrition and health,change their attitudes towards nutrition and health,and develop a healthy and healthy life.This paper analyzes the development history of domestic and foreign scholars' research on nutrition and health education topics using the literature method,summarizes other scholars' research experience on nutrition and health education in China,and clarifies the basic theoretical basis and practical practice of this topic research basis.This thesis uses questionnaire survey and teacher interview to analyze the current status of nutrition and health education in Zhangjiawo Middle School,Xiqing District,Tianjin and its existing problems.Based on the combination of questionnaire research and its teaching theory and practice,it proposes a comprehensive penetration application strategy of nutrition and health education in the teaching and practice of biology,and finally effectively promotes its application to practice,and in It has been put into practice in the biological education discipline of Zhangjiawo Middle School in Xiqing District,Tianjin,and has achieved good results.Below are key research findings:1.Current situation and problems of nutrition and health education in Zhangjiawo middle school in Xiqing District,TianjinThis article uses 300 students in the first grade of Zhangjiawo Middle School in Xiqing District of Tianjin as the target of the questionnaire survey.Through the questionnaire survey,the current status of the school's penetration of nutrition and health education is fully and deeply understood,and the students' knowledge of their nutrition and health.Some problems with attitude and behavior.According to the student questionnaire,students generally have certain problems in their nutritional health knowledge,attitudes,behaviors and other aspects:(1)Students generally lack their knowledge of nutrition and health.The average awareness rate of nutrition and health knowledge is 49.7%,which is about half of the total number.(2)Students lack the importance attached to nutrition and health.In “How much do you value your daily diet?”,17.4% of the students attach great importance to thedaily diet,and must have three meals a day to ensure quality and quantity,and 70.2% of the students value the average,indicating that these students treat themselves daily The attitudes towards eating health are relatively negative.(3)The behavior of students' nutrition and health lacks scientificity.In “You Eat Breakfast”,only 67.1% of students eat breakfast every day,and 32.9% of students do not realize the importance of nutrition for eating breakfast every day.Through interviews with four teachers,the author found that teachers all believed that students had a lack of nutrition and health knowledge in the first grade.Some teachers also said that high school students often have cold and fever symptoms and poor immunity.Therefore,teachers agree that under the current educational development situation,many students only learn some book knowledge to face the exam,and will not fully pay attention to nutrition and health knowledge.When discussing the methods and strategies of how to infiltrate nutrition and health knowledge education in the classroom with four senior one teachers,although everyone expressed support for this idea,there are still many difficulties in implementing it.For example,students in high school now have a lot of content to learn,but teachers have less teaching time.Sometimes they haven't finished the class,and it's even more impossible to help students expand some nutrition and health knowledge.2.Teaching practice of infiltrating nutrition and health education in high school biology teachingOn the basis of the investigation and analysis of the previous period and the summary of teaching theory and practice,combined with the high school biology curriculum standards,the students of the two classes of Zhangjiawo Middle School in Xiqing District of Tianjin City were used as the research object of this teaching practice.Six months of nutrition and health teaching practice.In the course of specific teaching practice,according to different nutrition and health teaching content and different levels of students' mastery of nutrition and health knowledge,a variety of different nutrition and health teaching strategies have been adopted.For example,when talking about the role of iodine in “Inorganics in Cells”,a story teaching strategy is adopted to introduce the story of “Big Neck Disease”in the western region;a case-based teaching strategy is used in “Sugars and Lipids in Cells” To show students the types and functions of sugars in the growing number of people with diabetes in contemporary youth;adopt the problem-leading strategy in “The Main Bearer of Life Activities-Protein”,such as which foods are rich in protein in life? Why does Sanlu milk powder damage the growth anddevelopment of young children? Teachers set these questions to cause students to think actively.3.The effect of teaching practice of penetrating nutrition and health education in biology teaching in high schoolAfter a semester of biological classroom penetration of nutrition and health education,students in the experimental class have significantly improved their grasp of nutrition and health knowledge,good changes in nutrition and health attitudes,and improvements in nutrition and health behaviors.From this,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Penetrating nutrition and health education can improve students' ability to understand knowledgeWhen teachers integrate biological knowledge into nutrition and health education in the classroom,students can understand the acquired knowledge more deeply,and can better integrate the learned knowledge with the actual life,and promote scientific nutrition and health concepts to the people around them.,Help to improve their ability to independently analyze knowledge and health knowledge issues.(2)Penetrating nutrition and health education can improve bad eating habitsThrough the penetration of nutrition and health education by teachers in the biology classroom,students pay more attention to their own nutrition and health,and they will consciously improve their own bad eating habits in daily life,so as to develop scientific eating habits and increase physical exercise In the end,the physical quality of the students was effectively improved.(3)Penetrating nutrition and health education can cultivate scientific lifestyleIn the education of nutrition and health for students,students can understand a healthy lifestyle,which is conducive to the formation of a scientific and healthy lifestyle,thereby improving their quality of life.In summary,infiltrating nutrition and health education in high school biology teaching is effective,and it will also develop students' physical and mental qualities.The research results of this thesis have important application value for penetrating nutrition and health education in high school biology teaching in my country,and provide a reference for future high school biology teachers to conduct research and teaching practice.
