In recent years,with the in-depth promotion of the reform of physical education in the middle school entrance examination,the state pays more and more attention to the physique of teenagers,and the basic role of school physical education teaching is becoming more and more important.The reform policy of high school entrance examination physical education is related to the development of school physical education.To a certain extent,it plays an important role in enhancing students' physical quality and promoting the reform of school physical education.Under the background of physical education reform in the middle school entrance examination,all schools thoroughly implement the requirements of the opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and improving school physical education in the new era issued by the general office of the State Council,update educational ideas and deepen teaching reform.However,due to the gradual improvement of the difficulty coefficient of the middle school physical education examination,it has also increased some difficulties in implementation,which has brought major challenges to the hardware facilities of the school and the skill level of teachers.Then,the society has paid more attention to the situation of school physical education teaching.The reform of physical education in the middle school entrance examination is to effectively improve the physical health level of students,guide schools to better carry out physical education reform and promote the healthy development of middle school physical education.There is no doubt that the carrier of the reform is school physical education.Students' physical exercise and learning in school mainly depends on physical education,but the class hours are limited,and the current physical education is mostly carried out in the form of traditional teaching,so it is difficult to meet the sports needs of students,Therefore,extracurricular sports activities need to be paid attention to.Extracurricular sports activities are an important part of school physical education and play an important role in realizing the purpose and task of physical education teaching.Extracurricular sports teaching activities in the form of club teaching is not only an effective supplement to school sports classroom teaching activities,but also conducive to the high-quality,high-volume and sustainable development of school sports work.The teaching idea will realize the transformation from single examination to the cultivation of core literacy,and further meet the sports needs of students.The club teaching form reflects the people-oriented teaching concept.Deepening the middle school physical education reform through the extracurricular club teaching form can not only achieve the goal of the middle school entrance examination physical education reform and enhance students' physical quality,but also be of great significance to the all-round and healthy development of students.Taking the feasibility of using club teaching form in extracurricular sports of junior middle schools in Xi'an under the background of high school entrance examination physical education reform as the research object,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate the situation of physical education teachers,venues and facilities,teachers and students' attitude towards the teaching form of sports clubs in10 junior middle schools in Xi'an,and draws the following conclusions: 1 Xi'an junior middle school sports ground conditions can basically meet the implementation of club teaching form.2.Xi'an junior middle school physical education teachers' faculty and team structure are relatively reasonable,which provides a certain basis for the implementation of club teaching form.3.The conditions of school funds,venues,facilities and teachers will have a certain impact on the implementation of the teaching form of the club.4.The form of club teaching is conducive to improving students' physical health level,and plays an important role in deepening the reform of school physical education and realizing the goal of middle school entrance examination.5.It is necessary and feasible to adopt the club teaching form.The club teaching form meets the requirements of relevant national policies.School leaders,teachers and students support the adoption of the club teaching form.In view of the problems,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Gradually increase the investment of sports funds and further increase the transformation and improvement of venue facilities.2.2.Further strengthen the construction of teachers.Introduce more highly educated young talents,conduct professional training for teachers,and constantly improve their professional quality and ability.3.Make clear the sports objectives of the high school entrance examination,take the change direction of the government's high school entrance examination sports reform as a guide,correctly grasp the reform direction,fully understand the current teaching concept and promote the teaching reform.4.Establish a scientific and complete organization and management mechanism.5.The school should change the misunderstanding of physical examination in the middle school entrance examination,strengthen the construction of campus physical culture,organize and carry out various club activities,and improve students' enthusiasm for participating in exercise and their understanding of physical education thought.
