Under the background of the new round of curriculum reform and the new college entrance examination,career education is receiving more and more attention from people from all walks of life in order to adapt to the rapid pace of social development and to meet the needs of students' future development.As career education in China is relatively late in development,there is a lack of professional career teachers to carry out career guidance activities,so infiltration in subject teaching is a more feasible option for career education.A review of the literature reveals that,although the number of studies on the infiltration of career education in subjects is gradually increasing,they mainly focus on the analysis and comparison of career education content in textbooks or teaching design studies,and there is very little literature related to chemistry,and almost no countermeasures are proposed for students' career planning ability or the problems of subject infiltration.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the countermeasures for the penetration of career education in chemistry teaching.This paper uses student questionnaires and personal interviews with teachers to understand the current situation of chemistry teachers and students in the implementation of career education in chemistry teaching,i.e.the problems and difficulties that teachers and students have in the implementation of this career education approach,and to prescribe the right remedy.Firstly,to improve the awareness and ability of chemistry teachers' career education;secondly,teachers increase the breadth of vocational education content and enriched students' vocational awareness;thirdly,to fully explore the materials for career education in chemistry and enrich the teaching resources(combing the contents of the new textbook of the Human Education version of the compulsory high school chemistry and the introduction of relevant extra-curricular resources);fourthly,to improve the teaching methods and diversify the infiltration of career education(contains the introduction of teaching methods,the use of attention issues,and is supplemented by teaching examples).
