In September 2016,the textbook of morality and the rule of law compiled by the ministry began to be popularized and used throughout the country as a unified textbook.Guided by the socialist core values and based on children's life,the textbook added ballads and comics in the preparation technology.Compared with the past,it paid more attention to the needs of children's development and outlined children's world in children's own language.In classroom teaching,the application of situational teaching can make the teaching content closer to students' life and convey correct values to primary school students with a variety of teaching methods.However,in the current teaching practice,there are still many deficiencies in the application of situational teaching.These deficiencies are not consistent with the teaching objectives of the Ministry's edition of morality and the rule of law.We should guide students to learn to think and form correct values through the expansion of learned knowledge,so as to achieve the purpose of unity of knowledge and practice,which requires situational teaching to continue to explore and innovate.The main task of value clarification method is to help students clarify their values and pay attention to the value orientation and formation process through the evaluation process and value clarification.This is highly consistent with the teaching goal of "morality and rule of law" in primary school under the new curriculum reform,and provides beneficial enlightenment for situational teaching.This paper is divided into five parts to analyze the problems of situational teaching,try to critically absorb and innovate the value clarification method under the guidance of the value clarification theory,summarize the general steps of the application of the value clarification method in the situational teaching of morality and the rule of law in primary school,and carry out the teaching design.Finally,combined with my own teaching reflection,the value clarification method provides theoretical and practical reference in the situational teaching.The first part is to clarify the research background,research purpose and significance of situational teaching,clarify the research status and overall trend of situational teaching at home and abroad,and provide specific ideas for the current situation of situational teaching;Finally,it introduces the research methods used in the writing process of this paper.The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis,which further expounds the concepts of situation,situational teaching and value clarification method.The application of situational teaching in classroom is based on value clarification theory,Kohlberg's moral cognitive development theory and situational cognitive development theory.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of situational teaching of morality and the rule of law in primary schools,that is,to conduct a questionnaire survey and teacher interviews for primary schools in many regions in China,analyze and summarize the problems existing in Teachers' situational teaching of morality and the rule of law,and analyze the problems existing in situational teaching in the stage of situational teaching,such as lack of innovation in situational creation,formalization of situational teaching application,situation creation divorced from the reality of students' life The teaching link processing practice is ignored,and the weight of situation creation does not pay attention to quality;Moral knowledge and practice are divorced.The fourth part is the application of value clarification method in the situational teaching of morality and the rule of law in primary school.From the social environment faced by primary school students and solving the problems existing in the current situational teaching,it analyzes the necessity of value clarification method for the situational teaching of morality and the rule of law in primary school,and analyzes its feasibility from the consistency of educational content,methods and problem-solving.The value clarification method can be used in situational teaching.The three stages and seven steps of the innovative value clarification method can be integrated into situational teaching,that is,the three stages and six steps of selecting topics,thinking problems,structural communication,acquiring knowledge,simulating action and putting into action.Finally,in teaching practice,optimize the application of value clarification method in situational teaching,so as to put forward teaching strategies.The fifth part is the case design and implementation of the application of value clarification method in the situational teaching of morality and the rule of law in primary school.The three stages and six steps of the preliminary research and design are actually applied in the specific teaching practice,and the teaching effect is evaluated,so as to promote the teachers of morality and the rule of law to effectively reflect on the classroom teaching and provide guidance.
