On April 13,2021,at the National Conference of Vocational Education,President Xi Jinping made an important instruction: "In the new journey of building an all-sided modern socialist country,vocational education has a bright future and great potential." Nowadays,China's secondary vocational education has occupied half of the high school education system.Through unremitting efforts,the secondary vocational education workers have actively explored the relationship between teaching content,social life,and professional life.They gradually formed a cooperative teaching method between schools and enterprises,constructed the music course with the characteristics of secondary vocational education.However,most of vocational schools still follow the music education system like ordinary high schools,which is out of touch with the development policy of national vocational education.To solve this problem,this essay tries to take the newly issued case Art Curriculum Standards of Secondary Vocational Education in 2020 as the research object.Combined with the teaching cases of the module "Music Appreciation and Practice",aiming at one of the core qualities concepts of the new curriculum standard--creative expression,to explore the ways and values of the innovation and reform of music education in secondary vocational schools.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter systematically analysis the basic connotation of the core literacy,and on this basis,we define the core literacy of creative expression.Then we further analysis the problem of current vocational music classroom,put forward the importance and feasibility of constructing a "creative" music classroom.The second chapter explores the teaching approaches of the core quality of creative expression about "music appreciation and practice" module,point out teaching strategies such as cross-boundary integration,creative classroom and scene setting,to create a music classroom with characteristics of secondary vocational education.In the third chapter,choose two major tourism management and animation design in Fujian secondary vocational school as samples,and using dance dramas The Nutcracker and Liu Sanjie as cases to lead students to explore the characteristics of "variability" and "invariability" in the creative expression of classic music pieces.At the same time,the students will understand the economic value reflected in the creative expression of classical music pieces,build a professional foundation about how to use local traditional music resources to create cultural and tourism integrated brand in the future.The last chapter,it has an important significance about creative expression and core literacy.Specifically,it can enhance the confidence and performance ability of students,but also to enhance the music literacy of students as their "steppingstone".It can cultivate students' innovation ability and increase their job opportunities.
