In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued a new version of the history curriculum standard for ordinary high schools,which puts forward new requirements for history teaching in middle schools,that is,"the history curriculum should be guided by the theme,make the curriculum content contextualized,and promote the implementation of the core literacy of the discipline." Once again,it emphasizes the important role of creating effective teaching situations in promoting middle school history teaching.As a subject with a large span of time and space,history has its own past,complexity,comprehensiveness,openness and exploration.Therefore,we should pay more attention to historical data teaching,problem teaching and interesting teaching in history teaching.As an important part of the situational teaching method,situational creation can create a situation that is infinitely close to the reality of history by selecting appropriate historical materials and teaching methods that students are willing to accept according to the teaching objectives.It not only grasps the combination of historical theory and the concept of time and space in history teaching,but also can mobilize students' enthusiasm in learning history to the greatest extent and trigger active thinking,Building a systematic knowledge framework can also sublimate students' understanding and feelings of history,which is in line with the training objectives of the five core qualities in the concept of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,this paper starts from three aspects: what,why and how to do.Based on the current situation of new curriculum reform,the first part explains what is situation creation from the aspects of connotation and characteristics;Then it explains the importance of the creation of situation to improve the effectiveness of history teaching from the necessity and function;Then in the second part,the author makes an investigation and experimental analysis on the problems of situation creation in the current history teaching from the two aspects of teachers and students,and summarizes several significant problems;Finally,the focus of this paper is placed on the third part.By combining the training objectives of the five core qualities of history,this paper puts forward the strategies for effective situation creation,and analyzes the specific cases,creatively introduces the time axis and question chain into the situation creation,and carries out a complete teaching design of situation creation on the basis of theoretical knowledge and practical investigation.
