Improving students' learning effectiveness is the core issue in the field of learning research and educational practice.As an important guarantee for improving students' learning effectiveness,learning engagement has been paid more and more attention.And teacher's teaching behavior is definitely one of the key factors affecting learning engagement,because any education reform ultimately to implement by teachers' teaching behavior,the teacher's teaching behavior is an important composition in teaching activities,is the external performance of teacher's professional quality,impact on students' learning engagement and their learning effect is more direct and specific.But at present,most studies based on online learning or traditional classroom learning environment,with the rapid development of network technology and the depth of the education informationization,blended learning is becoming the direction of the current college classroom teaching reform,to explore the teachers' teaching behavior under the new environment impact on student learning in higher education field important research subject.To clarify the influence mechanism between teacher behavior and learning engagement is of great significance to optimize teachers' teaching ability,promote students' learning engagement and improve their learning effectiveness.Guided by the exploring community theory,this study conducts an empirical study on the influence of teachers' teaching behavior on college students' learning engagement in blended learning environment.Through a large number of domestic and foreign literature review,grasp the concept definition and dimension composition of teaching behavior and learning engagement,teachers' teaching behavior is divided into four dimensions of teaching design and organization,promoting dialogue,direct guidance and teaching evaluation,and students' learning engagement is divided into three dimensions of behavior,cognition and emotion.Combined with the characteristics of blended learning,a conceptual model of the influence of teachers' teaching behavior on students' learning engagement is constructed and a research hypothesis is proposed.Through the translation and adaptation of the existing mature scale,a questionnaire was formed and investigated.Students who participated in the public course of Modern Educational Technology in a normal university were selected as the survey objects.Descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted on the questionnaire data collected by SPSS26.0 and Amos 24.0.The results of regression analysis are tested by structural equation model.The results show that instructional design and organizational behavior can significantly affect each dimension of students' learning engagement,promoting dialogue behavior can significantly affect students' cognitive and emotional engagement,and instructional evaluation can significantly affect students' behavioral engagement.This study reveals the influence mechanism between teacher behavior and learning engagement,and accordingly puts forward relevant suggestions from the teacher level and the learning level,so as to promote the improvement of blended learning effect and provide certain reference for the further development of blended learning in China.
