Employment is the biggest livelihood.Combined with the background of precise poverty alleviation and building a well-off society in an all-round way,due to the influence of economic development and other factors in poor areas,the employment of poor labor force has certain particularity,which further increases the difficulty of employment poverty alleviation.For the poor labor force,transfer of employment is an important channel and effective way to achieve targeted poverty alleviation.However,due to various subjective and objective factors,the self realization of transfer of employment of the poor labor force is limited,and there are many difficulties in the transfer of employment of the poor labor force.Therefore,the government needs to organize the transfer of employment of the poor labor force in a unified way,so it is necessary to pay attention to the transfer of employment organization of the poor labor force It is necessary to transform.In order to better implement the poverty alleviation mode of employment transfer,promote the employment transfer of the poor labor force,improve the organization degree of the employment transfer of the poor labor force,and have a deeper understanding of the effect of this mode on the poor groups,it will be helpful to solve the problems such as the poor people's low enthusiasm for poverty alleviation,their low ability of poverty alleviation and their poor ability of sustainable income,and play a positive role in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation For the poor labor force,only stable employment can obtain stable income,gradually realize the transformation from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis",and achieve long-term poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the organization of transfer employment of the poor labor force.In this paper,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview methods are used to investigate and analyze the organizational status of poor labor force transfer employment in Urumqi county.Combined with the statistical analysis of the questionnaire results,using the statistical method of structural equation model,the influence of different subjects on the organization of poor labor force transfer employment is systematically studied.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:first,different participants have different influences on the organizational development of poverty-stricken labor force transfer and employment,and different influencing factors have different influences on the organizational development of poverty-stricken labor force transfer and employment;second,the human capital status of poverty-stricken labor force itself has an important influence on the organizational development of transfer and employment;third,the government has an important influence on the organizational transfer and employment The work of job transfer training,security follow-up work and entrepreneurship driving employment needs to be further strengthened.According to the results of the model and the problems reflected in the survey,we should strengthen the training,improve the national language level of the poor labor force,strengthen the guarantee and follow-up work in the organizational transfer of employment,and give full play to the role of entrepreneurship of the poor labor force to promote employment,so as to provide reasonable reference suggestions for further promoting the organizational development of the transfer of employment of the poor labor force in Urumqi county.
