In recent years,because of its unique advantages,the subcontracting mode of communication construction projects has gradually formed a scale in the field of communication construction at home and abroad,which has greatly improved the operational efficiency of communication construction projects,the general contractor can improve its core resource utilization rate,and the construction party can also take advantage of this to accelerate the progress of communication infrastructure construction,put into the market,and obtain benefits.However,in the face of policy,technical,economic and management risks,it is particularly important to improve the risk awareness and risk management ability in the operation of communication construction projects under the subcontracting mode.This paper conducts an in-depth study of the risks faced by communication construction projects under subcontracting mode,combining the latest research results at home and abroad,the experience of project management personnel and the characteristics of communication construction projects under subcontracting mode.Firstly,the Delphi method is applied to qualitatively analyze the communication construction project under the subcontracting mode from the three stages of project establishment design stage,engineering construction stage and completion acceptance stage,and obtain a risk identification list.Secondly,analytic hierarchy is used to quantitatively analyze the influence weight of each risk factor in the process of project operation,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied on the basis to analyze the membership degree of each risk type.Then,according to the risk factors with high risk rating and large comprehensive weight coefficient in the risk evaluation results,corresponding risk control measures are formulated.Finally,this paper introduces data center project A for case analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of risk control research results.After quantitative analysis of the risk factors of communication construction projects under subcontracting mode,this paper finally identifies six risk factors as key risk control objects,namely accounts receivable collection risk,project cost control risk,construction quality risk,schedule management risk,safety measure normative risk and communication and coordination risk,and establishes systematic risk control measures combined with scientific risk control methods.The risk management of subcontracting projects is a complex work link for general contractors,and the research results of this paper are a further improvement of the risk identification and control system of communication construction projects under subcontracting mode from a theoretical point of view,and from a practical point of view,it is of positive significance to improve the risk management ability and expected benefits of subcontracted communication construction projects.
