E-government is an important manifestation of the country’s modern governance capabilities.With my country’s continuous breakthroughs in key core technology fields,a blueprint for an e-government architecture based on a domestic independent and controllable technology system is slowly unfolding,followed by a large number of related The construction of the e-government information system integration project.However,the e-government information system integration project is a complex system engineering,coupled with the collision of independent and controllable technologies,practitioners in project management can no longer continue to copy the traditional management methods of integration projects.With the technological breakthroughs and applications in key core areas such as chips and operating systems,the current demand for domestic information system integration has increased,and poor management often leads to delays in project progress when the project is implemented.In order to provide reference for this kind of project schedule management,this paper takes G project as an example to study the reasons for the delay of G project schedule and propose improvement measures.This paper firstly describes the milestone planning given at the beginning of the project,and analyzes the factors that affect the project progress using a cause-and-effect diagram.Then,according to the given milestone node and the project schedule management theory,the detailed schedule plan is made by the method of schedule network diagram,schedule schedule and so on.During the implementation of the G project,the actual progress lags behind the project schedule.This paper adopts the method of optimizing the schedule network diagram and compressing the construction period to adjust the schedule,and combines the characteristics of the system integration project based on the domestic independent and controllable technology system to propose a guarantee The specific measures of the progress plan.Through the research,this paper believes that the progress management of the e-government integration project should formulate a reasonable and feasible progress plan in advance,and monitor the whole process during the implementation of the plan.control.In addition,schedule management is not just a single field problem.Project managers need to consider the problem comprehensively and systematically in combination with other fields of knowledge.This paper indirectly controls the progress of the G project by combining communication management,change management and other theories.Therefore,it is suggested that managers of such projects should remember to apply the management methods and methods,and take appropriate methods and measures according to the characteristics of the project itself,in order to achieve the expected management effect.The conclusions of this study have reference value for the progress management of the same type of e-government integration projects.
