| Based on the transformation of our country economy and the background of the new engineering construction,our country put forward new requirements for the cultivation of applied talents,production and education fusion as the only way to cultivate applied skills talents,the implementation path optimization of our country universities to train talents and promote the development of local economic transformation plays a vital role.Most research on teaching fusion now focus on the talent training mode,operation mechanism,and curriculum construction,teachers theoretical reflection,less empirical research,and most previous research in the field of vocational education,less attention to applied colleges and universities,2013 countries put forward local colleges and universities to applied colleges,applied colleges gradually become the main level of teaching fusion,so this thesis choose from the perspective of empirical research on applied colleges and universities fusion mode research and summary implementation path,then put forward the optimization strategy,for the current batch of applied colleges and universities to realize teaching fusion provide reference value.To explore the implementation of applied university integration path and optimization strategy,this thesis first from the applied universities,integration and implementation path of the relevant concept,and in the theoretical basis of the existing four production fusion pattern is summarized,respectively introduces the characteristics of the fusion mode,and the implementation of the different path.Secondly,the text content analysis method is adopted to elaborate the implementation path of the industry and education integration model of Kaiserslautern University in Germany and H Engineering College in China,so as to provide enlightenment experience for the selection of industry and education integration path in application-oriented universities in China.last,Taking the mechanical major of Shanxi D University as a specific case,According to the current orientation and conditions of D University,we understand that the industry-education integration mode of D University is the talent training mode,Through the interview survey method,Analyze and decoding the data using Nvivo12.0 software aids,This thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the implementation path of industry-education integration in application-oriented universities,D The current implementation status of the integration of industry and education in universities: the industry-education integration and collaborative education system is gradually established,the team of double teachers and double energy teachers is gradually formed,the school-enterprise cooperation training platform is gradually built,and the talent supply and demand is gradually in line with the needs of enterprises;The problems existing in the implementation path of the integration of industry and education are as follows: the integration of industry and education is not clear,the curriculum system and industrial demand,the lack of internal promotion mechanism,the lack of carrier of joint construction and symbiosis,and the system and mechanism of industry and education integration of industry and education is not perfect.Based on the basis of the path selection of fusion and enlightenment experience of applied universities integration implementation path from the following five aspects: on the basis of educational objectives,build double main sports mode,scientific planning curriculum system,build close cooperation mechanism,perfecting the endogenous mechanism,build double can type teaching team,build education fusion carrier,cultivate innovation and practice ability,improve the government coordination mechanism,booster their cooperation. |
