Aiming at the problems of opaque data information,lack of dynamic strain capacity for transplanting,and production leading intelligence in the production process of traditional copper coil tube enterprises,a complete manufacturing execution system(MES)was built,which improved the intelligent production level of the workshop.This paper analyzes the current production situation of copper coil tube in Q enterprise workshop from the perspective of its products,process flow,workshop equipment layout and business process,proposes the functional architecture of MES in copper coil tube workshop,carries out the intelligent scheduling design and platform module construction of MES,and summarizes the design requirements of scheduling transplant anti swing controller.Taking a batch of order demand as an example,the process parameters of copper coil tube are analyzed,and the scheduling type from coil drawing to finished product annealing is determined,that is,the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem.The constraint conditions of the workshop model and the objective function scheduling model with minimum completion time are designed.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the copper coil pipe shop scheduling problem of Q enterprise.In view of the deficiency of traditional genetic algorithm that is prone to local optimal solution,the local search method is introduced and the circular and two-point mixed crossover operation mode is added to improve the algorithm.The simulation results show that the efficiency of production scheduling is improved by 19.6% compared with the original manual scheduling,meeting the demand of order completion time.According to the demand of MES production scheduling module,a class of scheduling system function hierarchy model is proposed,and the scheduling system module is built in MES,and the intelligent scheduling function of copper coil tube production line is realized.In order to effectively solve the problem of copper coil tube swing in the process of dispatching and transplanting.Firstly,the structure and operating conditions of the overhead crane dispatching and transplanting are analyzed,and the dynamic model of dispatching and transplanting is established according to Lagrange equation,and the characteristic analysis and dynamic simulation analysis of the model are carried out.Secondly,through the comparative analysis of anti-swing algorithm,the sliding mode control algorithm is selected as the control scheme of anti-swing algorithm for scheduling transplanting movement.Fully considering the copper coil tube transplanting movement as a single-input multi-output nonlinear control system,a motion anti-swing controller scheme of hierarchical sliding mode control for scheduling transplanting displacement and frame swing was proposed.The simulation was carried out in MATLAB/Simulink according to two operating conditions,and the results showed that the transplanting movement reached the target position in 9.7s.The maximum swing Angle is 0.099 rad,which is 41.7% less than the actual working condition in the workshop,and meets the requirements of intelligent control index for dispatching and transplanting.Finally,the paper analyzes the problem of parameter uncertainty and modeling error in the process of copper coil tube scheduling transplanting,which leads to the inability to obtain accurate mathematical model.The RBF neural NETWORK compensation controller based on layered sliding mode is designed,which adaptively compensates the modeling errors and uncertainties in the process of overhead crane transplanting,and realizes the strong robustness of the controller to uncertainties.The research results of this paper can effectively promote the functional application of MES in copper coil tube workshop,help intelligent scheduling,and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional copper coil tube enterprises.The anti-swing controller is helpful to solve the problems of large positioning error caused by material swing,slow efficiency of dispatching transplanting and easy to cause safety accidents,and provides technical support for realizing intelligent dispatching of copper coil tube.
