With the rapid development of the world economy,the non renewable energy represented by coal and oil is being largely consumed,and the energy crisis is increasingly prominent.In view of this,countries have taken the development of new energy as a new national strategic choice.With the strong support of the national wind power industry policy,although China’s wind power industry has developed to a great extent,there is still a certain gap compared with the developed countries in Europe and America.In particular,the wind power project construction will be affected by various risk factors in the actual construction process.In addition,the awareness of risk management in China is relatively weak.Compared with the power engineering or other fields,the wind power project construction obviously lacks relatively effective risk management means and mature risk management practice experience,and the risk management research is still in the initial stage.Therefore,according to the specific characteristics and actual situation of the wind power project construction project of company D,it is very necessary to carry out systematic risk management research.This paper takes the wind power project construction project of company D as the research object,consults the relevant literature,and based on the relevant theories of project risk management,makes field visits to the project to collect first-hand information,and conducts research on the identification,evaluation and control of the risk of the wind power project.First of all,it introduces the general situation of risk management of wind power engineering construction project of D company,including project situation,risk management status quo,risk management problems,etc.,which provides a realistic basis for relevant research on risk management.Secondly,based on the actual situation of risk management of wind power projects,through interviews and in combination with relevant theoretical documents,the brainstorming method is used to identify 6 types of first-class risks and 19 types of second-class risks in organizational construction,planning,environment,technology,economy and management,and each risk factor was specifically studied and analyzed one by one.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the corresponding risk evaluation index for the wind power project construction project of company D,and establish the risk evaluation index system.Combined with the expert scoring method,the risk factor judgment matrix is constructed,and the weight of each risk index is calculated.The expert group is invited to score,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the project risk,and the evaluation results are analyzed.The overall risk evaluation value of the project is 46.27 points,and the risk level belongs to the general risk level.Finally,according to the actual situation and evaluation results of the project risk factors,corresponding risk control countermeasures are proposed,different risk control strategies are selected,and corresponding risk control measures are taken to minimize or reduce the risk of the wind power project,improve the project risk management level,and ensure the project development and construction more safe and smooth.Through the research on risk management of the wind power project construction project of company D,we can draw the attention of relevant personnel to risk management,predict and actively control the possible risk factors in advance,reduce some unnecessary economic losses,accumulate some practical experience in risk management of wind power projects,and provide certain reference and significance for the risk management of the development and construction of large-scale wind power projects in the future,It is of great practical significance to promote the implementation of the 14 th five year plan,achieve low-carbon and green development,and achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral".
