Study On Benefit Evaluation Of Natural Forest Protection Project In Kunming City

Since the eighteenth national congress of the cpc,Kunming Municipality completely implement General Secretary Xi jinping Striving to protect all natural forests is an important guiding spirit.From 2008 to 2020,Kunming municipal people’s government carefully implement xi jinping ecological civilization new theory,Kunming Natural Forest Protection Project was implemented.Through the implementation of natural forest protection project,promote the comprehensive protection and development of natural forest protection in the new period.Taking the natural forest protection project in Kunming as an example,this paper studies the benefit evaluation of natural forest protection project.From the three dimensions of ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit,12 three-level indexes are selected to establish the benefit evaluation system of natural forest protection project in Kunming,and the weight of evaluation index system of natural forest protection project is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the weight of ecological benefit index of natural forest protection project benefit evaluation index is larger,and the weight of social benefit and economic benefit index is smaller.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the benefit evaluation result of natural forest protection project in Kunming as ’ good ’.The analysis shows that Kunming ’s ecological environment tends to be good in the past four years,the economic development is more scientific and reasonable,and the local social level has developed greatly.
