Research On The Emergency Management Of Colleges And Universities

In recent years,China’s higher education has developed rapidly.Colleges and universities have expanded their enrollment year by year,the number of students is increasing,and the environment inside and outside the school is more complex and changeable.However,with the development of colleges and universities,there are frequent emergencies,which affect the normal teaching,learning and life of colleges and universities,and even endanger the life safety of teachers and students,and affect social stability.How to deal with emergencies in Colleges and universities quickly and efficiently is the management focus of each university.It is of great significance to strengthen the emergency management of colleges and universities.By using the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey,case analysis and interview,this paper describes the research background and significance of emergency management in Colleges and universities,introduces the current situation of emergency management in Colleges and universities,and analyzes the case of emergency management in G colleges and universities.It is found that there are some problems in emergency management in G colleges and universities,such as poor effect of safety education,lack of professional emergency talents,lack of drills in emergency management plans Problems such as slow emergency response,blocked information channels,insufficient network public opinion management capacity,and imperfect post evaluation and recovery.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures for the emergency management of G University: first,in the stage of prevention and early warning,improve the professional ability of the emergency management team,improve the effect of safety education,establish the list of key people and daily risk identification list,and strengthen the emergency plan drill;Secondly,in the emergency response stage,strengthen the response speed of emergency response,strengthen the communication path of emergency information,and strengthen the management of public opinion;Finally,strengthen the recovery and reconstruction work and establish the emergency management case base in the rehabilitation and recovery stage.
