The professional identity of young civil servants refers to the evaluation and recognition of the careers of civil servants by the youth groups in the civil service.The professional recognition level of young civil servants is the internal cause and externalization of civil servants’ own professional cognition,career choice and career development.As the backbone of the civil service group,young civil servants are the implementers and promoters of the current national policies and specific work,and will also grow into the "key minority" of the national administrative team in the future,which determines the national administrative capacity-building and administrative efficiency improvement.In-depth understanding of the current situation of professional identity of young civil servants,analysis of the causes behind the status quo,and according to the causes to explore the path of promotion,to enhance the professional identity and professional well-being of young civil servants,strengthen the cohesion and cohesion of the civil service,accelerate the improvement of national administrative efficiency is of great significance.On the basis of clarifying the core concepts of young civil servants and professional identity,the research of this project clearly defines the research object,and determines the research focus and innovation of this paper by combing through the relevant research on the influence factors of professional identity,the influence factors of professional identity and the promotion countermeasures of professional identity.According to the actual situation of N city to develop the young civil servants professional identity questionnaire,online and offline on the professional identity of young civil servants to carry out a questionnaire.At the same time,through the interview method and observation method to carry out research talks,further enhance the credibility of the project research.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of questionnaire data and interview data,we can grasp the current situation of professional identity of young civil servants.Finally,the effective solution path is developed for the problems found.Through the research of this project,the professional identity level of young civil servants is generally stable,but sudden public events,education,geography,industry and other factors will affect the professional identity of young civil servants to varying degrees.The absence of ideal and belief education,the negative administrative culture such as formalism,bureaucracy and localism,and the problems in the current civil service system mechanism are the reasons for the fluctuation of young civil servants’ professional identity.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the promotion strategy of the professional identity of young civil servants from the three aspects of optimizing organizational effectiveness,strengthening psychological guidance and strengthening ideal belief.
