The current ageing problem has become the concern of governments and academia,the domestic population aging situation is becoming more and more serious.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that improving the old group’s life quality,make the old group be happy and be supported when they are old which can avoid population ageing situation effectively,which is also an important measure to promote social development.Qingdao as a new first-tier city,the population ageing is gradually increasing,according to the proportion of the old group and the young group in Qingdao,establish new pension model,can fully and effectively make good use of resources,can take the advantages of the elderly group and the children group,can promote the good operation of the whole social system,so the new model of the pension pattern with the combination of the old and the young in Qingdao has a far-reaching significance.This paper made a series of analysis on the pension status,pension model and pension demands in Qingdao.Combined with the theoretical support and the empirical analysis,Using comparative method,investigation method and other methods to find the problems of the current pension model in Qingdao,Combined with the experience of using the old and the young,combined with the pension model at home and abroad,the new model of the pension pattern with the combination of the old and the young in Qingdao is feasible.This new pension model can solve the problem of the old and the young,can reduce the burden on the people who has to take care of the old and the young,can reduce intergenerational conflicts,can Enhance intergenerational harmony,can promote social harmony and stability development.
